   Sepate and to his Heirs and Assigns for ever. ——
   I give and bequeath to my said Son James Mouat Anderson~
   one half of a Lott of Land in Chester Town distinguished by Number
   Eighty five in the Survey of the said Town and fronting the House
   where I now live to be equally divided from^Street toStreet to hold the said
   half Lott to him the said James Mouat Anderson his heirs & Assigns
   for ever. ——
   I give and bequeath to my Son Alexander Anderson one half of a Lott
   of Land in Chester Town distinguished by Number Eighty five in the
   Survey of the said Town and fronting the House where I now live
   to be equally divided from Street to Street to hold the said half lott
   to him the said Alexander Anderson his heirs and Assigns for ever –
   I give and bequeath to my said Son Alexander Anderson all my –
   Silver plate to his Sole & Separate use. ——
   I give and bequeath to my said Son Alexander Anderson three Negro
   men named Jacob, Charles, and Prince, also my Negro Woman ~
   named Debora, and all her Children except Cate, also my Negro
   Woman named Sall and all her Children, also my Negro Woman –
   called Sess and all her Children, also my Negro Woman named Bett.
   and all her Children, also my Negro Woman named Moll and –
   all her Children, and my Negro Woman Cate, to him the said —
   Alexander Anderson and his heirs and Assigns for ever. —
   I give and bequeath to my Grand Daughter Sarah Anderson . –
   Daughter of my Son John Anderson by his wife Elizabeth the Sum
   of Four Hundred pounds Specie in Dollars at Seven Shillings and
   Six pence, and half Johannas at three pounds each, to be paid by
   my Executors herein after named, to my said Grand Daughter when
   she arrives at the age of Twenty one years, or on the day of her –
   Marriage, or which shall first happen. —
   I give and bequeath to my Son James Mouat Anderson all my Books
   of Medicine and Surgery to his Sole & Separate use. ——
   I give and bequeath all the Rest & Residue of my personal Estate which
   I have not heretofore disposed off to be equally divided beteen my
