124 I give and bequeath to my said Son James Mouat Anderson Sixteen. acres of Land called Linthicum Walks joining to the said Land – named Harwood to hold to him the said James Mouat Anderson ~ his heirs and assigns for ever . I give and bequeath to my said Son James Mouat Anderson a tract of Land in Annarundal County formerly called Johns Cabin Ridge and Equality but lately Surveyed & patented by the name of Andersons distant Walks, for two hundred & thirteen Acres of Land to hold to him the said James Mouat Anderson his heirs & Assigns for ever. I give and bequeath to my said Son James Mouat Anderson Two hundred and Sixty five Acres of Land named Beards North Addition & joining to Andersons distant Walks in Annarundal County both last tracts near South River, to hold to him the same James Mouat Anderson his Heirs and Assigns for ever. I give and bequeath unto my said Son James Mouat Anderson one Acre of Meadow Land which I bought of Joseph Hopkins as by his deed ~ January the first Seventeen hundred and Sixty one being part of a larger tract named Stepney joining to Chester Town to hold to him the said James Mouat Anderson his heirs & Assigns for ever. I give and bequeath unto my son James Mouat Anderson my Lott and Houses whereon I now dwell in Chester Town distinguished by Number Ninety Seven in Survey of said Town to hold to him the said James Mouat Anderson his Heirs and Assigns for ever . I give & bequeath to my said Son James Mouat Anderson one – hundred & thirty Acres of Land in Kent County which I purchased Thomas Thomas As by his Deed August the Twenty first Seventeen hundred and Sixty two being part of a larger Tract named Annarun =dall Grove to him the same James Mouat Anderson his Heirs and Assigns for ever . I give and bequeath to my said Son James Mouat Anderson all my Medicines Drugs & Chirurgical Instruments and^alsoall the Debts due upon the Medical Books of James Anderson + Son to his Sole & Seperate |
