(B) THE FEE FOR A HISTORICAL WATERCRAFT LICENSE
IDENTIFICATION PLAQUE IS $25. THE LICENSE IDENTIFICATION
PLAQUE SHALL BE VALID FOR THE LIFE OF THE BOAT.
(C) THE DEPARTMENT SHALL ISSUE A HISTORICAL WATERCRAFT
LICENSE PLATE IDENTIFICATION PLAQUE, OF ITS OWN DESIGN, TO A
PERSON WHO APPLIES TO THE DEPARTMENT ON A FORM IT SUPPLIES.
WHEN PROMINENTLY DISPLAYED ON THE BOAT, A HISTORICAL
WATERCRAFT LICENSE IDENTIFICATION PLAQUE SHALL ENTITLE THE
BOAT OWNER TO APPLY TO PARTICIPATE IN PARADES, SHOWS, AND
SPECIAL DISPLAYS. THE HISTORICAL WATERCRAFT LICENSE
IDENTIFICATION PLAQUE MAY NOT QUALIFY A BOAT FOR GENERAL
RECREATIONAL USE.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1979.

AN ACT concerning
St. Mary's County - County Commissioners
FOR the purpose of eliminating the requirements that a
member of the St. Mary's County Board of County
Commissioners serve on the Board of Electrical
Examiners, the Airport Committee, and the Board of
Recreation and Parks; eliminating the requirement that
two members of the Youth Commission serve on the Board
of Recreation and Parks; eliminating the requirement
that a member of the Board of County Commissioners
serve as a liaison with the St. Mary's County
Metropolitan Commission; and clarifying language.
