AN ACT concerning

Licenses — Real Estate Brokers and Salesmen

FOR the purpose of requiring real estate boards to advise
the Real Estate Commission of certain [[complaints]]
action.

BY adding to

Article 56 — Licenses

Section 224A-1

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1972 Replacement Volume and 1975 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Section 224A-1 be and it is hereby
added to Article 56 — Licenses, of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1972 Replacement Volume and 1975 Supplement) to
read as follows:

Article 56 — Licenses

224A-1.

EVERY REAL ESTATE BOARD SHALL ADVISE THE COMMISSION
OF ANY [[COMPLAINT: (1) THAT ARISES OUT OF A REAL ESTATE
TRANSACTION; AND (2) IS AGAINST A REAL ESTATE BROKER OR
SALESMAN.]] ACTION TAKEN AGAINST A LICENSEE AS A RESULT
OF [[A COMPLAINT AGAINST A LICENSEE FOR A]] MONETARY
LOSS, MISAPPROPRIATION OF FUNDS, OR FRAUD.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.
