opening or other passageway providing direct public
access to any bowling alley, billiard hall or drugstore[,
and be it further provided that the]. THESE restrictions
[contained herein prohibiting] WHICH PROHIBIT the
issuance of licenses to drugstores or premises adjoining
[thereto, shall] THEM ARE not [be] applicable to any
establishment which on July 1, 1969, holds an alcoholic
beverage license and which on July 1, 1969, has a door,
archway, opening or other passageway providing direct
public access to any drugstore.

[(h)] (R) In Prince George's County the annual
license fee [shall be two hundred and ten dollars
($210.00)] IS $210.

(S) THIS SECTION DOES NOT APPLY TO QUEEN ANNE'S
COUNTY.

(T) THIS SECTION DOES NOT APPLY TO ST. MARY'S
COUNTY.

(U) THIS SECTION DOES NOT APPLY TO SOMERSET
COUNTY.

(V) THIS SECTION DOES NOT APPLY TO TALBOT COUNTY.

[(i)] (W) In Washington County the annual fee for
[such a] THE license [shall be seventy-five dollars
($75.00)] IS $75.

[(h—1)] (X) In Wicomico County the annual fee for
[such a] THE license [shall be one hundred and
twenty-five dollars ($125.00)] IS $125.

[(j)] (1) (1) In Worcester County, the annual
fees for the following types of licenses are:

(i) Six day—$225

(ii) Seven day, applied countywide (exclusive
of tenth election district) —$250

(iii) Seven day, tenth election district
only—$250

(2) The hours for sale are as provided in §
106(c).

[(1)] (Z) This Section does not apply to the City
of Annapolis nor to Calvert, Caroline, [Charles,]
Dorchester, Frederick, Harford, Kent, Queen Anne's, St.
Mary's, Somerset, and Talbot counties, in all of which
jurisdictions [such] THE licenses may not be issued.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.
