AN ACT concerning

Washington Suburban Sanitary District

(Marina and Boat Basin)

MC 99-76                    PG 43-76

FOR the purpose of authorizing the Washington Suburban
Sanitary District Commission to transfer to the
Maryland—National Capital Park and Planning
Commission a certain marina and boat basin
operation; and providing for the imposition of an ad
valorem tax.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Section 13-6.1 of the Code of the
Washington Suburban Sanitary District (1969 Edition, as
amended), being also Section 83-13—6.1 of the Public
Local Laws of Montgomery County being Article 16 of the
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1972 Edition and 1974
Supplement, as amended), being also Section 83—165.1 of
the Public Local Laws of Prince George's County being
Article 17 of the Public Local Laws of Maryland (1963
Edition and 1967 Supplement, as amended) be and they are
hereby added to read as follows:
