than [[thirty (30) ]] (30) days. Overtime payments
[[shall]] MAY not be taken into consideration for
retirement or pension purposes.

Overtime compensation [[shall]] MAY not be paid to
law-enforcement employees of the Maryland State Police
for hours worked as a result of loss of leave attributed
to disciplinary action by the Superintendent of the State
Police. "Leave," as referred to in this paragraph, means
regular leave which is the two days of leave that
normally follows the five days of duty assigned [[said]]
THESE employees and not holiday, vacation or personal
leave.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect [[July]] June 1, 1976.

AN ACT concerning

State Roads — I—95 in Prince George's County

FOR the purpose of prohibiting the Department of
Transportation from expending further funds for [[a
feasibility study for]] construction of I-95 through
Prince George's County that will involve a new
segment [[connecting it to the Capital Beltway]][[;
providing for the transfer of certain funds to Mass
Transit Projects in a certain area; and defining
"Mass Transit Projects"]].

Preamble

WHEREAS, Route I-95 presently extends between
Baltimore from the Baltimore Beltway towards Washington,
D. C. with its present termination at the Capital
