       shoud not sell or dispose of his said part but to one of his Brothers John Joseph or
       Peter  Whereas the said Susanna Johns is heiress at law of the aforesaid Richard
       Galloway and his Daughter as aforesaid  And by an Act of the General Assembly
       of Maryland Tenants in Tail are impowered to grant bargain sell and convey
       any Lands Tenements or Hereditaments whereof he she or they are seised as such
       in possession reversion or remainder by such manner and form of Conveyance
       or Assurance as any person seised of an Estate in Fee Simple may  Now
       this Indenture Witnesseth that the same Susanna Johns in
       consideration of the premisses and of the Sum of ten Shillings Current money of the
       State of Maryland to her in hand paid by the said John Johns at or before the
       Sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath
       granted bargained and sold aliened released enfeoffed and confirmed and by these
       presents doth grant bargain and sell alien release enfeoffe and confirm unto the
       said John Johns his heirs and Assigns for ever  All the aforesaid Lands and real
       Estate devised as aforesaid by the said Samuel Galloway to the said Richard Galloway
       as aforesaid together with all and singular the Edefices buildings Improvements
       woods Ways Waters Priviledges advantages and Conveniencies to the same belonging or
       in any manner appertaining and the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders
       rents Issues and profits thereof and of every part and parcel thereof  To have
       and to hold the aforesaid Lands and premisses and every part and parcel thereof
       devised as aforesaid with the Appurtenances thereto belonging unto him the same John
       Johns his heirs and Assigns to the only proper use and behoof of the same John Johns his
       heirs and Assigns for ever and to or for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever  In
       Witness whereof the parties to these presents have hereto interchangeably set their hands
       and affixed their Seals the Day and year first within written
       Sealed & Delivered in presence of                     Susanna Johns   (Seal)

       On the back of the aforegoing Instrument of writing was thus written Viz.t

           Received on the Day and year first within written from the within John Johns
       the Sum of ten Shillings Current money being the within Consideration mentioned

       On the Eleventh day of July in the year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred
       and Eighty Three came before us the Subscribers two of the Justices of the peace for
       Ann Arundel County the within Susanna Johns and acknowledged the within
       Instrument of writing to be her Act and Deed and the lands and premises in the
       same particularly specified and conveyed thereby or intended so to be to be the right and
       Estate of the within named John Johns his heirs and Assigns for ever according to
       the true intent and meaning thereof
