       This Indenture made this sixth day of January in the year of our
       Lord one thousand seven hundred and Eighty six  Between Thomas
       Rutland of Edmund of the City of Annapolis Merchant of the one part and
       Leonard Wayman of Frederick County of the other part  Whereas Leonard
       Wayman Senior late of Frederick County Deceased Father of Leonard Wayman
       party to these presents by his Deed of Indenture bearing Date on the Nineteenth
       day of April in the Year Seventeen hundred and Seventy three duly made acknowledged
       and Recorded among the Provincial Court ^Land^ Records did for and in
       consideration of the sum of Three hundred and fifty pounds Sterling paid to him
       by Thomas Rutland Senior late of Ann Arundel County Deceased Grant
       bargain and sell to the said Thomas Rutland Senior his heirs and assigns all
       that part of a Tract of Land lying in Frederick County called the Final Conclusion
       which said part is contained within and circumscribed by the bounds Lines
       courses and distances in the said Deed Particularly mentioned and expressed
       To have and To hold the said Lands unto the said Thomas Rutland Sen.r
       his heirs and assigns on the express proviso and condition that if the said
       Leonard Wayman Sen.r should on or before the twentieth day of April in the
       year Seventeen hundred and Eighty pay to the said Thomas Rutland Sen.r
       or his assigns the said sum of Three hundred and fifty pounds Sterling with
       the Interest which should accrue thereon that then the said Deed should be Void
       and of no effect  Now This Indenture Witnesseth that the said Thomas
       Rutland of Edmund for and in consideration of the sum of one thousand pounds
       Currency to him in hand paid by the said Leonard Wayman the receipt whereof
       the said Thomas Rutland of Edmund doth hereby acknowledge and acquit
       exonerate and discharge the said Leonard Wayman therefrom hath remised
       and quit claim and by these presents the said Thomas Rutland for himself
       his heirs Executors Administrators and assigns doth remise release and for ever
       quit claim unto the said Leonard Wayman his heirs and assigns all the right
       Title Estate use claim and Demand which he the said Thomas Rutland ever
       had now hath or hereafter shall or may have as Executor Heir at Law or Devisee
       of the said Thomas Rutland Sen.r deceased or otherwise of in or to the said Part
       of the Tract of Land called The final conclusion Mortgaged as aforesaid by the
       said Leonard Wayman Sen.r Deceased to the said Thomas Rutland Sen.r Deceased
       and also all and all manner of actions Suits Debts and Demands whatsoever
       which the said Thomas Rutland of Edmund as Executor Heir at Law or Devisee
       of the said Thomas Rutland Deceased or otherwise heretofore had now hath or
       hereafter shall may might or ought to have against the said Leonard Wayman
       his heirs Executors Administrators or assigns or any of them for or by reason of the
       Deed of Mortgage aforesaid or any article covenant or agreement in in the same
