       hath hereunto set his hand and seal the day and year ^first^ above written

                                                                   On the back of the aforegoing Instrument of
                                        A C Hanson           Writing was thus Endorsed (to wit)

                      Maryland      On the sixth day of January anno Domini one thousand
       seven hundred and Eighty six came the within named Thomas Rutland of
       Edmund before me the under written one of the Judges of the General Court and
       acknowledged the within Instrument of writing of Release to be his Act and
       Deed and the Lands and premises within mentioned to be the right Title and
       Estate of the said Leonard Wayman his heirs and assigns according to the true
       Intent and meaning of the said Deed and the Act of Assembly in such case made
       and provided

       On the sixth day of January 1786 Received of the within named Leonard Wayman
       the sum of one thousand pounds Current Money being the Consideration within mentioned

                      This Indenture made this Ninth day of January in the year of our
       Lord One thousand seven hundred and eighty six  Between Richard Ponsonby
       of Bladensburgh Prince Georges County and State of Maryland Merchant of the one
       part and Catherine Kellem of the same place County and State of the other part
          Witnesseth that the said Richard Ponsonby for and in consideration of the sum
       of Two hundred and Seventy five Pounds Specie Current Money of Maryland to him in
       hand paid by the said Catherine Kellem before the ensealing and delivery of these
       presents the Receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge and to be therewith fully satisfied
       and paid  Hath given granted Bargained and sold aliened Released enfeoffed and
       confirmed and by these presents the said Richard Ponsonby for himself and his Heirs
       Doth give grant bargain sell alien release enfeoff and confirm unto the said Catherine
       Kellem her heirs and assigns forever all the Right Title Estate Use Interest Trust
