       Charles Croxall on Account of the Said Copartnership hath agreed to Execute these presents  Now
       This Indenture witnesseth That the Said Hampton Rownd in Consideration above recited
       and also for the further Consideration of the Sum of Five Shillings Current Money to him in hand
       paid by the Said Charles Croxall The receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged Hath granted Bargained
       Sold Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed and By these Presents Doth grant Bargain Sell
       Alien release and Confirm unto the Said Charles Croxall his heirs and Assigns all that tract
       or parcel of Land Situate and lying in Worcester County in the State of Maryland and Called
       and known by the Name of Mulberry Grove adjoining William Norris's Land and W.m
       Purnell's Land and in the Tenure of a Certain John Davis of Worcester County on which Said Parcel
       of Land there is a Grist mill Erected and also all his the Said Hampton Rownd's right and
       Title of in and to the Said Land be it Called Mulberry Grove or any Other name or names
       Together with the Buildings Improvements Emoluments and Advantages to the Said
       Tract of Land belonging or in any wise appurtaining  To have and to hold the Said Tract
       or parcel of Land Above Described and Premises with every of the Appurtenances unto the Said
       Charles Croxall his heirs and Assigns forever  Provided always and it is the Intent and meaning
       of these presents  That if the Said Hampton Round shall and will truly pay to the Said Cha.s
       Croxall and his assigns whatever Ballance Shall appear to be due to the Said Charles Croxall
       on a final Settlement of the Said Copartnership and Also all Damages Sustained and hereafter
       to be Sustained by the Said Hampton Rownd not Complying in the Articles of the Said Copartnership
       also Indemnify and Save Harmless the Said Charles Croxall on Account of Divers
       Sums of Money advanced by the Said Croxall on Account of the Said Copartnership more than
       his the Said Croxall's Proportion and on Account of Owers Engagements Entered into by
       the Said Rownd on Behalf of the Said Copartnership for which Said Croxall is Accountable
       and also in every respect Indemnyfying the Said Croxall for his the Said Rounds
       proportion of Said Copartnership and pay all and Every Balance and Sum of Money
       which is a full and final Settlement Shall be due from the Said Round to the
       Said Croxall on account of Said Copartnership or on Account of any Other Thing or
       Things Transaction or agreement whatever  And the said Hampton Rownd doth
       hereby for himself his heirs Executors and Admrs Covenant and agree with the Said
       Charles Croxall his Executors Administrators and Assigns  That he the Said Hampton
       Round will well and truly pay to the Said Charles Croxall whatever Balances
       shall appear to be due him on a final Settlement of the Said Copartnership and Indemnify
       him in every Respect on Account of the Said Copartnership   Then and
       on Such Condition only and a full Compliance with every thing Contained in
       the Proviso herein  This Instrument of writing Shall be void  In Witness whereof
       the said Hampton Rownd hath hereto Set his hand and seal the day and Year
       Above Written
