       his Heirs and assigns the said John Beale Bordley and his Heirs against
       all claims of Dower through him or other claims by reason of any Act of the
       said John Beale Bordley and not further nor other wise for ever warrant
       and defend  In Witness whereof the said John Beale Bordley hath
       hereunto set his hand and seal the day and year above written

                   This Indenture made the seventh day of May one thousand
       seven hundred and eighty five  Between Andrew David Joseph and Benjamin
       Ellicot of Baltimore County and State of Maryland of the one part and Joseph
       Evans of the same State and County of the other part  Witnesseth That the said Andrew
       David Joseph and Benjamin Ellicot for and in consideration of the payment of the
       Rents and performance of the Clauses covenants and agreements in these presents here
       after mentioned on the part and behalf of the said Joseph Evans his heirs Executors
       Administrators and assigns to be performed and kept Hath Demised Granted
       Leas'd Lett and to farm Letten and by these presents doth Demise Grant Lease Lett
       and to farm Lett unto the said Joseph Evans his Heirs and Assigns all that Lott or
       parcel of Ground situate lying and being in Arundell County and State afs.d on
       the South side of a small branch and Running thence North Eighty seven ° West
       Thirty feet to a heap of Stones Thence South three ° West one hundred feet Thence South
       Eighty seven East Thirty feet Tence to the place of Beginning  Together with all and
       singular the Premisses on the said Lott of Ground being and appurtenances thereunto belonging
       To have and To hold the said Demised Ground and premisses with their appurtenances
       unto the said Joseph Evans his heirs Executors Adm.rs and Assigns from the day of the date
       hereof for during and untill the full end and Term of Ninety Nine Years thence next
       ensuing fully to be compleated and ended  Yielding and paying therefor and them the
       said Andrew David Joseph and Benjamin Ellicott in manner and form following (to wit)
       on the day of the date of these presents in each and every year and he the said Joseph
       Evans his heirs and assigns shall and will from time to time and at all Times
       hereafter pay or cause to be paid unto the said Andrew David Joseph and Benjamin
       Ellicott their Heirs or assigns or to such person or persons as they may authorize to receive the
