                                          On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus written (Viz)

          I Assheton Humphreys Esquire Notary and Tabellion Public in and
       for the common wealth of Pensylvania by Lawful authority duly admitted and
       sworn Dwelling in the City of ^Philidelphia^ Pensylvania in the said Commonwealth do hereby
       certify and attest unto all whom it doth or may concern that on the day of the Date
       hereof Before me the said Notary personally appeared John Steinmetz and William
       Bell in the aforegoing Indenture of Release Named and in my presence and
       in presence of others the Witnesses thereunto subscribing who also at the same in my
       presence subscribed their Names thereunder as Witnesses did Seal and as their
       several and respective Act and Deed deliver the said Indenture of release

                   In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my
                                           Seal of Office of Notary at Philadelphia aforesaid the
                         (seal)          thirtieth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand
                                           Seven hundred and Eighty five

             This Indenture made the eleventh day of September in the year seventeen
       hundred and Eighty five Between John Bordley of the one part and John Bordley
       Son of the said John Beale Bordley of the other Part Witnesseth that the said
       John Beale Bordley in consideration of Five shillings to him in hand paid
       hath given Bargained sold aliened released enfeoffed and confirmed and
       hereby doth give Bargain sell alien release enfeoff and confirm unto the
       said John Bordley the Lands of the said John Beale Bordley called the
       principal the Zachariah the suger Loaf and what he bought of Beale scituate
       in Montgomery County together with all Privilidges and appurtenances thereto
       belonging To have and To hold the said Lands and premises to the said
       John Bordley and his Heirs and Assigns to and for his and their only proper
       use and behoof forever  And the said John Beale Bordley for himself an his
       heirs Doth covenant and it is agreed between him and the said John Bordley for
       himself his Heirs and Assigns that the said Lands and premisses to the said John Bordley
