       with the said Land South thirty perches still with the said Land South sixty
       degrees west seventy perches still with the said Land North twenty five Degrees West
       fifty six perches to intersect the first course of the aforesaid Land called Woodford still
       with the said Land North eighty four degrees west two hundred and forty two
       perches to intersect the North fifty seven perches course of the Land called
       Southren Addition then with the said Land reverse of the Courses thereof South
       fifty seven perches still with the said Land North eighty Degrees East one
       hundred and two perches still with the said Land South eighty six Degrees
       East twenty perches still with the said Land South three degrees West eighty
       perches still with the said Land South thirty six Degrees East thirty two perches
       still with the said Land South Sixty five degrees East twelve perches still with
       the said Land South thirteen Degrees west thirty perches still with the said Land
       South twenty three degrees West twelve perches still with the said Land South
       five degrees East Nine perches to the East line of the Doorhorgan Manor then
       with the said Line East sixty perches to the Land called the Mistake then with
       the said Line East sixty perches to the Land called the mistake then with
       the said Land North forty five degrees East Two hundred and forty five perches
       still with the said Land North thirty two Degrees East forty perc^h^es to the Land called
       Jacks Peacock then with a streight line to the first beginning containing and now
       laid out for Two hundred Acres of Land more or less Together with all Buildings
       Erections and Improvements thereon made ways Roads alleys Woods underwoods
       Waters Water Courses Previlidges Advantages Emoluments and Appurtenances
       thereunto belonging or appurtaining and the Reversion and reversions Remainder
       and Remainders Rents Issues and profits thereof and all the Estate right Title
       Trust Interest Property claim and Demand whatsoever both at Law and in
       Equity of him the said Edward Dorsey son of John therein or thereto To have and
       To hold the said Tracts and parts of Land and premises hereby granted and conveyed
       with the appurtenances unto the said John Eager Howard his heirs and assigns to
       the only proper use and behoof of him the said John Eager Howard his heirs and assigns
       for ever  And the said John ^Edward^ Dorsey Son of John for himself his heirs Executors and
       Administrators doth hereby covenant promise ^grant^ and agree to and with the said John
       Eager Howard his heirs and assigns that he the said Edward Dorsey and his Heirs
       and all claiming under him or them shall and will at all times hereafter upon every
