             Described as aforesaid together with the Buildings Edifices Improvements
       Streets Lanes Alleys ways waters water Courses woods underwoods Priviledges
       Benifits and advantages to the said several Lands Lotts of Ground and premises belonging
       or in any wise appertaining and the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders
       Rents Issues and profits thereof and of every part and parcel thereof and all their the
       said David Stewart and David Plunketts Right Title and Interest both in Law and
       Equity use Trust property Claim and demand whatsoever of in and to the said several
       Tracts and parts of Tracts of Land and Lotts of Ground belonging or in any wise appertaining
       To Have and To Hold the said several Tracts and Parcells of Land and Lotts of
       Ground above described and Premises together with the Buildings and Improvements
       thereon and Appurtenances to the same belonging unto the said Robert David Crommelin
       and Gulian Crommelin their Heirs and Assigns for Ever to the only proper use and
       behooff of the said Robert Daniel Crommelin and Julian Crommelin their Heirs and
       Assigns for Ever  Provided always and it is the true intent and meaning of these
       presents that if the said David Stewart and David Plunkett or either of them their
       or either of their Heirs Executors or Administrators do and shall well and truly pay or
       Cause to be paid unto the said Robert Daniel Crommelin and Gulian Crommelin their
       Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns the aforesaid sum of Forty four the said
       Guilders at Amsterdam on or before the twenty second day of June which will be in the
       Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and Eighty seven  And also well and
       truly pay to the aforesaid Robert Daniel Crommelin and Gulian Crommelin their Heirs
       Executors Administrators or Assigns Interest for the said Sum of forty four thousand
       Guilders at the rate of five per Cent yearly and every year as the same become due at
       Amsterdam aforesaid till the aforesaid till the aforesaid Principal Sum of forty four thousand Guilders
       shall be fully discharged and repaid then this present Indenture and every
       Clause and Covenant therein contained shall be void cease to operate and be of none
       Effect and not before  And the said David Stewart and David Plunkett for themselves
       and each of them their and each of their Heirs Executors and Administrators do also
       Covenant grant and agree to and with the said Robert Daniel Crommelin and Gulian
       Crommelin their Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns that they the said David
       Stewart and David Plunkett their Heirs Executors or Administrators shall and will
       truly pay or Cause to be paid to the said Robert Daniel Crommelin and Gulian Crommelin
       their Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns the aforesaid principal sum of
       forty four thousand Guilders at the time limitted for         payment of the same as
       above stipulated together with Interest thereon as aforesaid yearly and every year
       as the same shall become due at Amsterdam aforesaid  And in Case of Default in
       payment of either the principal sum aforesaid when the period of payment of the same
       shall arrive or in default of the payment of the Interest aforesaid which shall become
       due for any one year that then and in such Case the said Robert Daniel Crommelin
       and Gulian Crommelin or either of them their or either of their Heirs Executors Administrators
       or Assigns are hereby invested with full power and authority to enter upon
       and take possession of the said Lands Lotts of Ground and Premises or any part thereoff
       and the same set up and expose to Sale at Public Vendue for the purpose of
       paying and satisfying the Principal and Interest aforesaid or either part thereof
       that shall remain due and unpaid according to the stipulated terms aforesaid and the
       Monies arising from such sale of the said Lands Lotts of Ground and Premises or any part
       thereof to appropriate and apply towards the payment and Satisfaction of the Principal
