392) Sum and Interest as aforesaid as shall remain due and unpaid as aforesaid And Moreover they the said David Stewart and David Plunkett and their Heirs and all Claiming under them or either of them shall and will at all times until the said Principal Money and Interest shall be repaid and satisfied upon any reasonable request of the said Robert Daniel Crommelin or Gulian Crommelin or either of them their or either of their Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns make do acknowledge and execute or procure to be made done acknowledged and executed all and every other and further Conveyance Act Deed and Assurance in the Law whatsoever for the more Effectual granting Conveying and Mortgaging the said Tracts and Parcels of Land and Lotts of Ground and premises with the appurtenances unto the said Robert Daniel Crommelin and Gulian Crommelin their Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns for the same purposes as are expressed in this present Mortgage And Lastly the said David Stewart and David Plunkett do hereby grant for them and their Heirs the said several Tracts and Parcells of Land and Lotts of Ground above described and premises with the appurtenances unto the said Robert Daniel Crommelin and Gulian Crommelin their Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns against them the said David Stewart and David Plunkett their Heirs Executors and Administrators and against all and every other person and persons whatsoever shall and will by these presents for ever warrant and Defend In Testimony whereof the said David Stewart and David Plunkett have hereto set their Hands and Seals the Day and Year above Written Signed Sealed and Delivered David Stewart (Seal) (where on Stamps are used in the presence of us the subscribers the Interlineations between the David Plunkett twenty fourth and twenty fifth lines for the Top of by David Stewart (Seal) the first Skin and between the twentyeth and twenty his Attorney first Lines from the Top of the second skin being first made Rich.d Ridgely Will.m Hunter On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus indorsed to wit Received on the Day and Year first within written of and from the within named Gu.s Robert Daniel Crommelin and Gulian Crommelin the Sum of forty four thousand 44 000 Guilders Current Money of the States of Holland being in full of the Consideration Money within expressed to be by them paid to us David Stewart Witness Rich.d Ridgely Will.m Hunter David Plunkett by David Stewart his Attorney State of Maryland Baltimore County to wit Be it remembered that on the twenty second day of June seventeen hundred and Eighty five personally appeared before me the Subscriber one of the Judges of the General Court for the State of Maryland David Stewart and David Plunkett by the said David Stewart his Attorney in fact and acknowledged the within Instrument of writing as their respective Act and Deed and the Lands Lotts of Ground and Premises therein mentioned to be the Right Title and Estate of the within Named Robert Daniel Crommelin and Gulian Crommelin their Heirs and Assigns for Ever according to the true intent and meaning thereof At the same time came Elizabeth wife of the said David Stewart who being by me privately examined apart from and out of the hearing of her said Husband relinquished |
