State of Maryland County of Baltimore to wit

             This Indenture made this twenty second day of June in the year of our Lord
       one thousand seven hundred and Eighty five  Between David Stewart of the County of Baltimore
       in the State of Maryland Merchant and David Plunket late of the County and State aforesaid
       Merchant by the said David Stewart his Copartner in Trade and Agent and Attorney in Fact
       for the purposes in these presents especially Nominated and Appointed of the one part and
       Robert Daniel Crommelin and Gulian Crommmelin of the City of Amsterdam in the United
       States of Holland Merchants trading under the firm of Daniel Crommelin and Sons of
       Amsterdam of the other part  Witnesseth that Whereas the aforesaid David Stewart is
       seized in Fee Simple in his own Right of the following Lots of Ground Messuages Tenements Tracts
       and Parcels of Ground Situate lying and being as herein after particularly ascertained and
       described that is to say of All That Lot of Ground Situate and lying in the Town of
       Baltimore in the said County of Baltimore in the State of Maryland aforesaid with a
       three Story Brick Dwelling House and other Improvements thereon erected known and
       distinguished on the Platt of the said Town of Baltimore as Part of Lott Number
       Fifty and contained within the following Metes Bounds Courses and Distances to
       wit  Beginning for the same on Calvert Street at the end of fifty eight feet from the
       South East Corner of Baltimore Street and Calvert Street and runing thence South binding
       in Calvert Street twenty eight feet thence East parallel with Baltimore Street Ninety
       feet thence North parellel with Calvert Street twenty eight feet and thence by a
       straight line to the Beginning   Also all that part of a Tract or Parcel of Land
       Situate and being in Frederick County in Maryland aforesaid being part of a
       larger Tract called and known by the Name of Look about and comprized and
       contained within the Metes and Bounds Courses and Distances following that is
       to say  Beginning for the same at the first boundary of the whole Tract of Land
       called Look about and runing thence South Seventy one Degrees East one hundred
       and twenty six Perches thence South ten Degrees west forty Perches thence South
       one hundred and sixty perches thence South twenty three Degrees East twelve Perches
       thence west one hundred Perches to the end of sixteen Perches on the East Line of a Tract
       of Land called Molly's Fancy then reversing that Line running North thirty three Degrees
       west sixteen Perches then North fifty Degrees west forty eight perches then North one
       hundred Perches then North fifty five Degrees west one hundred Perches then North
       thirty Degrees and thirty minutes East forty Perches then South twenty three Degrees
       East sixty Perches and then with a Straight line to the beginning aforesaid containing
       two hundred Acres of Land more or less   Also of all that Tract of Land situate and
       lying in Montgomery County in Maryland aforesaid called and known by the Name of
       Friendship and contained within the Metes and Bounds Courses and Distances following
       that is to say   Beginning for the same at the end of the Sixteenth Line of a Tract of Land
       called The Resurvey on Happy Choice the end of the said Line being about twelve feet South
       thirteen Degrees East from a red oak marked with Two Chops on three sides and runing
       thence with the Lines of the aforesaid Tract the thirteen following Courses North fifty three
       Degrees west eighty Perches to a small Hiccory marked with two Chops on three sides
       North thirty six Degrees west fifty two Perches being about one perch and a half East from
       a marked Spanish Oak west thirty two Perches being about three feet North three Degrees
       west from a Small marked Black oak North three Degrees west sixty two Perches being
       about twelve feet South eighty five Degrees East from a marked Spanish Oak North thirty
       Degrees west thirty Perches being about twelve feet South sixty Nine Degrees East from two
       Black Oaks forked at the Root North forty four Degrees west Seventy perches being about
