388 Nine Feet North fifteen Degrees East from a Red Oak South fifty eight Degrees west twenty eight Perches being about three feet North Eleven Degrees west from a Spanish Oak South twenty one Degrees west fifty four perches north sixty one Degrees west twelve Perches being about one Perch South sixty one Degrees East from a Spanish Oak South forty nine Degrees west eighteen Perches being about three feet north sixty six Degrees west from a Black oak South twenty nine Degrees west seventy six Perches being about three feet north fifteen Degrees west from a Red oak South fifty five Degrees west forty eight Perches being about four feet South seventy nine Degrees west from a Black Oak South thirty two Degrees west twenty one Perches and one half of a Perch then leaving the Lines of the said Land and runing South thirty five Degrees East fifty Perches to the end of the fifth line of a Tract of Land called The ReSurvey on part of the resurvey on Jeremiahs Park resurveyed for Jeremiah Hays in the year one thousand seven hundred and Seventy Seven and then runing with the said Land reversed the five following Courses and distances South forty perches being about six feet South from a Spanish Oak South thirty five Degrees East forty four Perches being about twelve feet from a small Red Oak South twenty Degrees west fifty six Perches being about six feet South twenty seven Degrees East from a deaded Red Oak South forty eight Degrees west thirty six perches west eighty two perches and one quarter of a Perch to the fourteenth Line of a Tract of Land called the Resurvey on Hanover being at a marked Spanish Oak then with said line South forty eight Degrees East two perches and three fourths of a Perch to the end of the aforesaid Line being about six feet South sixty four Degrees west from a marked Red Oak still runing with said Land the seven following Courses East Ninety six Perches North forty eight Degrees East thirty six perches north twenty degrees East fifty six Perches north thirty five Degrees west forty four Perches north forty perches north Seventy Degrees East Seventy four perches South fifty Degrees East forty seven perches and one half of a Perch to the seventh line of a Tract of Land called Hobson's Choice said Line being about six feet South Eighty five Degrees west from a marked white oak then with said Line reversed north thirty six Degrees west twenty Perches to the end of the sixth Line of the aforesaid Land being at a Stone fixed at the end thereof still runing with said Land reversed north thirty five Degrees East seventy two perches to a Stone South sixty Degrees East twenty eight perches South five Degrees west fifty four perches to a Stone South twenty Degrees East twenty perches being about eight feet north eleven Degrees East from a Black Oak ^South sixty three Degrees East sixteen perches being about ten feet South seventy seven Degrees and one half of a Degree East from a Black Oak^ North thirty seven Degrees East fifty four perches to the beginning Tree of Hobson's Choice then with the given line of the said Land reversed South twenty two Degrees and one quarter of a Degree East ninety three Perches and one quarter of a Perch to the end of the fourteenth Line of said Lands still with said Land reversed the eight following Courses South fifty eight Degrees west sixty seven perches being about two feet North fifty two Degrees west from a small white oak South twenty eight Degrees west sixty perches being about three feet south four Degrees East from a Red Oak South seventy Degrees west thirty six perches being Eleven feet north eighty four Degrees East from a Red Oak North forty five Degrees west forty perches being about Seven feet South forty nine Degrees East |
