       take and enjoy all and Singular the Hereditaments and Premisses hereby Granted
       Bargained Sold and Assigned or mentioned or Intended so to be with their and every of
       their Appurtenances (except as before Excepted and Reser^v^ed) unto the said William
       Pollard Charles Pettit James Crawford Jacob Spicer and John Barclay their Heirs
       Executors Administrators and Assigns forever  To and for the Uses Intents and Purposes
       herein after mentioned Limited and Declared and to and for no other use Intent or
       Purpose whatsoever That is to say  Upon Specil Trust and Confidence
       nevertheless And to the only intent and Purpose that they the said William Pollard
       Charles Pettit James Crawford Jacob Spicer and John Barclay or the Survivors
       or Survivor of them or the Heirs or Assigns of such Survivor shall and do upon
       Executing these Presents with all convenient speed take Possession of all and singular
       The premisses and use all Lawful ways and Means to Collect and Obtain
       all such Debts as shall appear To be due to the said Clement Biddle and John
       Biddle or either of them or to the said Clement Biddle and Company or Clement
       Biddle and Company and Rodolph Tellier at The time of the Ensealling and
       Delivery hereof or that shall hereafter grow or become Due by or in consequence
       of any Bargain or Sale Contract or Covenant which the said Clement Biddle
       and John Biddle or either of them have entered into or made before the Sealing
       and Delivery of these Presents  And sell and Dispose of all their or either of their
       said Estates both Real and Personal (except as before Excepted) ether in the
       Whole entirely or in parts or parcels by Public Sale or Vendue to the Highest
       Bidder or Bidders or by Private Sale or Sales for the best Rates or Prices that can
       or may be Reasonably had or obtained for the same at their Discretion  And
       for that End and Purpose to sign seal execute acknowledge and Deliver all
       such Deeds Conveyances Bills of Sale or assurances as shall be Reasonably
       Required by the Purchaser or Purchasers thereof any Part Thereof his her or
       their Heirs and Assigns  And that by and out of the Monies arising out of such
       Sales and by and out of the rents Issues and Profits of the Premisses In the mean
       time they the said William Pollard Charles Pettit James Crawford Jacob Spicer
       and John Barclay or the Survivors or Survivor of them or the Heirs or Assigns
