       places Rights Liberties and Priviliges Hereditaments and Appurtenances whatsoever
       Thereunto belonging or in any wise appurtaining together with all and every the other
       Houses Messuages Lands Tenements Hereditaments and real Estate whatsoever
       and wheresoever of them the said Clement Biddle and John Biddle which they held or
       are in any wise intitled Jointly or Severally And also all those the aforesaid
       Four yearly rent charges or Sums of Twenty eight Pounds five shillings and Thirty two
       Pounds three shillings Lawfull money of Pennsylvania and Eighty Spanish coined
       fine Silver Milled Dollars and Eighty Eight Spanish coined fine Silver Milled Dollars
       Reserved by the said John Biddle in any by four several Indentures and yearly Issuing
       growing due and Payable out of The said Lots of Ground in the Tenure of William Norton
       William Bingham John Capp and Jacob Stein and Jacob Miller as aforesaid and
       the Counter Parts of the Indentures wherein the same Rents are Reserved and all the
       Ways Means and Remedies for the Recovery of the said yearly rent Charges  And
       the Reversions Remainders Rents Issues and Profits of all and Singular the
       Premisses  And also ^all^ the Estate and Estates Right Title Interest Use Posession
       Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of them or either of them the said Clement
       Biddle and Rebeckah his Wife his John Biddle in Law Equity or otherwise howsoever
       of into and out of the several and Respective Premisses hereby Granted and Assigned and
       every Part and Parcel thereof  And also all and every his and their the said Clement Biddle
       and John Biddle's Monies Goods Chattels Wares Merchandizes Bonds Bills Notes
       Books Debts Accounts Credits Effects and Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever
       as fully clearly and Effectually to all Intents and Purposes as if the same Were herein
       Particularly Mentioned enumerated and Described (Excepting and reserving
       Out of this Present Grant and Assignment unto the said Clement Biddle
       his Domestic Servants and such Houshold Furniture and other Necessary Family
       Articles now in his Possession as the Trustees herein before and herein after
       named or a Majority of them shall think fit in their Discretion Not to Exceed
       in value the sum of                                                )  And all the Deeds Writings
       and Evidences touching or concerning the Premisses now in the Hands or Custody
       of the said Clement Biddle & John Biddle or Either of them  To have hold receive
