       to a Bounded Standing in the Line of West Street then with the line of West  
       Street one hundred and eleven Feet nine Inches to the beginning together with
       all and singular the Improvements Advantages Hereditaments and Appurtenances
       to the aforesaid Parcel of Ground belonging or in any wise appurtaining and all
       the Estate Right Title and Interest of them the said Alexander Freeman and
       Margaret Trueman both at Law and in Equity of in and to the Lot of Ground
       herein before Described and every Part and Parcel thereof  To have and to hold the
       aforesaid Lot of Ground herein Described with all and singular the Premises and
       Appurtenances unto him the said William Faris his Heirs and Assigns forever
       and to and for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever and the said Alexander
       Trueman and Margaret Trueman for themselves and their Heirs do hereby
       Covenant and agree to and with the aforesaid William Faris that they the said
       Alexander Trueman and Margaret Trueman the Ground and Estate hereby
       Conveyed and Released with the Premises and Appurtenances thereunto belonging
       from them the said Alexander Trueman and Margaret Trueman and their Heirs
       and from and against all Persons whatsoever to him the said William Faris his
       Heirs & assigns shall and Will warrant and forever defend by these Presents
       In Witness Whereof the said Alexander Trueman and Margaret Trueman have
       hereunto Set their Hands and Affixed their seals the Day and year first above Written
