       his Heirs and ^or^ Assigns after retaining so much out of the said purchase
       money as shall be sufficient for such purpose paying the Residue thereof
       to the said Hugh Young his Executors Administrators or Assigns and
       Likewise that on such sale the Conveyance of the said Richard Ridgely his
       Heirs or Assigns to the Purchaser or purchasers of the said Land and Premises
       hereby Granted and released shall be Good in Law against him the said
       Hugh Young and his Heirs and all persons claiming under him or them
       and the Receipt of the said Richard Ridgely his Heirs or Assigns for
       such purchase Money shall be a good and effectual Discharge for the same
       to such Purchaser or Purchasers who shall pay the same  And also
       that he the said Hugh Young and his Heirs and all Persons having or
       Lawfully claiming any Estate or Interest in the said hereby Granted and
       Released Premisses under him or them shall and will at all times
       hereafter upon the reasonable request of the said Richard Ridgely
       his Heirs or Assigns make do and Execute or cause to be made
       done and executed all such further Acts Conveyances and Assurances
       in the Law whatsoever for the better conveying and assuring the said
       Lands and Premises with the Appurtenances unto the said
       Richard Ridgely his Heirs and Assigns for the Intents and Purpose
       herein before Expressed as by the said Richard Ridgely his heirs or assigns
       or his or their counsel learned in the Law shall be Advised or required
       in Witness Whereof the said Hugh Young hath to these Presents set his
       Hand and Seal the day and year first above Written
       Signed Sealed and                                                Hugh Young   (seal)
       delivered in presence of
                         R.t Hudson

       Received on the Day and year first within Written of & from the within
       named Richard Ridgely five shillings current money of Maryland
       in full for the consideration Money within Mentioned expressed to be by
       him to me paid
