       or they shall in that behalf direct free from all Incumbrances made
       or to be done by him the said Richard Ridgely his Heirs or Assigns or any person
       or persons lawfully Claiming under him or Them any thing herein contained
       to the contrary Notwithstanding  And the said Hugh Young doth hereby
       for himself his Heirs Executors ^and^ Administrators covenant promise and
       Grant to and with the said Richard Ridgely his Heirs Executors and Administrators
       that he the said Hugh Young his Heirs Executors or Administrators
       shall and will from time to time and at all times hereafter well
       and Effectually save harmless and Indemnified the said Richard Ridgely
       his Heirs Executors and Administrators of from and against all such
       Claims Demands costs Damages and expences as are herein before
       mentioned according to the intent of the aforesaid proviso and the true
       meaning of these Presents  And moreover that if it shall Happen
       that any Judgment shall be had and obtained against the said Hugh
       Young in the said General or County Court of Baltimore aforesaid in any
       suit wherein the said Richard Ridgely now stands or in which he may
       hereafter stand as special Bail for the said Hugh Young then and
       in that Case it shall and may be Lawful to and for the said Richard
       Ridgely his Heirs or Assigns immediatly after such Judgment
       shall be obtained to sell and Dispose of the said Premisses hereby
       Granted and Released with the appurtenances at Public Vendue
       or private sale at the option of the said Richard Ridgely his Heirs
       Assigns for ready Cash and out of the Money arising from such Sale
       to retain in his or their hands Sufficient to Indemnify and save
       harmless himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators against
       all Claims demands costs damages and Charges by reason of the Suit in
       which he shall stand Special Bail as aforesaid and particularly on
       Account of Certain suits now commenced against the said Hugh
       Young by Mess.rs Wallace Johnson and Muir and Dorsey Wheeler and
       Company in the western shore General Court he the said Richard Ridgely
