       Maryland to Wit Baltimore County On the second day of February in the
       year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and Eighty five came before us the
       subscribers two of the Justices Assigned to Keep the Peace in and for the said Court
       the within named Hugh Young who acknowledged the within instrument
       of writing to be his Act and Deed for the uses intents and Purposes therein Expressed
                                                                      Certified before Ab.m Vanbibber
                                                                                              Isaac Vanbibber

                Baltimore County to wit
                                                       I hereby Certify to ^all^ whom it doth or may concern
       that Abraham Vanbibber an Isaac Vanbibber Gentlemen before whom the
       above Acknowledgment appears to have been taken and who hath thereto
       subscribed their names were at the Day of the date Thereof and for a considerable
       time past have been two of the Justices of the Peace in & for the
       County of Baltimore aforesaid and to all Certificates by them Given as
       such ^due^ Faith and Credit is and ought to be given as well in Courts of
       Justice as thereout  In Testimony Whereof I have hereto set my hand
       and affixed the Seal of My Office this third day of February in the year
       of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and Eighty five

          To all to whom these Presents shall come  I Robert Peckham Esquire Lord
       Mayor of the City of London Do hereby Certifie that on the day of the Date
       hereof Personally came and Appeared before me John Stanner the Deponent
       named in the Affadavit hereunto annexed being A Person well Known and Worthy
       of good Credit and by Solemn Oath which the said Deponent then took before
       me upon the Holy Evangelists of Almighty God did solemnly and Sincerely
       declare testifie and Depose to be True the several matters and things
       mentioned and contained in the said annexed Affadavit   In faith and
       Testimony whereof I the said Lord Mayor have caused the Seal of the
       Office of Mayorality of the said City of London to be hereunto Put and
       affixed and the Bill of Exchange and Letter of Attorney mentioned
