       west thirty eight Perches North East by North four Perches from then as that
       is from the End of four Perches on the Seventeenth line of the aforesaid Land called
       Magruder and Bealls Honesty then by a Straight Line to the beginning containing
       three hundred thirty seven Acres and one Quarter of an acre more or less
       Together with the Buildings improvements emoluments Advantages
       and appurtenances to the said several parcels of Land belonging or in
       any wise appurtaining And the Reversion and reversions Remainder
       and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof and of every Part
       thereof  And also all the Estate right Title interest trust Property Claim
       and Demand whatsoever of him the said Hugh Young of into or out of the
       said hereby Granted and Released Premises or any Part thereof
       To have and to hold the said Parcels of Land and Premisses hereby
       Granted and released with the appurtenances unto the said Richard
       Ridgely his Heirs and Assigns to and for the uses Intents and Purposes
       herein after mentioned and Subject to the Proviso next herein after Expressed
       an contained that is to say provided always nevertheless that if the
       said Hugh Young his heirs Executors and administrators shall and
       do from time to time and at all times hereafter well and Effectually save
       harmless and keep indemnified the said Richard Ridgely his heirs
       Executors and administrators of from and against all Claims
       Demands Costs Damages and Charges which may at any Time or
       times hereafter arise or be made against him or them on account of ^his^ the
       said Richard Ridgelys becomming Special Bail for him the said Hugh
       Young as is above recited or on Account of any other Suit or Suits which
       may hereafter be brought against the said Hugh Young to which the said
       Richard Ridgely may become special Bail then and in such Case
       he the said Richard Ridgely his heirs or Assigns shall and Will upon
       the request and at the Charge of the said Hugh Young or his Heirs
       reconvey the said Premisses hereby Granted and Released with the appurtenances
       unto the said Hugh Young his Heirs and Assigns or as he
