315 County Esquire of the other Part Whereas the said Richard Ridgely at the special Instance and Request of the said Hugh Young hath become Special Bail for him the said Young in Divers Suits Depending in the General Court of the Western Shore and also in the County Court of Baltimore to the amount of one thousand Two hundred and Fifty Pounds Current Money of Maryland And whereas the said Hugh Young to Indemnify the sid Richard Ridgely Against all Claims Demands Costs and charges that hereafter may arise against him on Account of his Becomming Special Bail for the said Hugh Young as aforesaid he the same Hugh Young hath agreed to execute these Presents Now this Indenture Witnesseth that in Pursuance of such agreement and also in consideration of the Sum of Five Shillings Current Money of Maryland to him the said Hugh Young in hand paid by the said Richard Ridgeley the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged he the said Hugh Young hath Granted bargained sold aliened released and confirmed and by these Presents doth Grant Bargain Sell Aliene Release and Confirm unto the said Richard Ridgely his Heirs and Assigns All these three Tracts or parcels of Land lying and being on the Waters of Seneca in the County of Montgomery called known and distinguished by the names of the William and Mary the Maple Spring and Small Hope improved containing together two hundred and forty four Acres of Land which were Purchased by the said Hugh Young from a Certain Daniel Jenifer Adams And all that Part of a Tract or Parcel of Land called Magruder and Bealls Honesty lying in Montgomery County in the State of Maryland beginning at the End of Fourteen Perches on the thirty fifth line of the aforesaid Land called Magruder and Bealls Honesty and running thence with the Out Lines thereof South Fifteen Degrees east forty Eight perches South Seventy five Degrees East Seventy six Perches South twenty Degrees East eighty six perches South ten Degrees West twenty Perches South forty three Degrees East forty eight Perches South twenty Degrees East thirty Six Perches South thirty seven Degrees East fourteen Perches to Potowmack River then by and with the River to the end of one hundred and four Perches on the Sixty first line of the said Land then and with the out line thereof North north West fifty six Perches North north East forty perches East eighty perches North twenty six perches North east by north Sixty Perches North north west sixty perches North west by west by West one hundred and sixty Perches West by North forty Perches North west |
