       in the City of Annapolis being part of the Lot of Ground Marked on the Plat of
       the City N.o 75 which part is bounded and butted as follows viz beginning at the
       Westermost corner of the said Lot where the Line of the Street called La^w^yers Street
       intersersects with the Street called Tabernacle Street and running from the said
       place of beginning By and with the said Tabernacle Street Fifty feet and then running
       across the said Lott upon a Parallel Line with the aforesaid Lawyers Street
       until it intersects the Public or Stadt House Circle and then by and with the
       said Public or Stadt House Circle Until it intersects the said Lawyers Street
       and then running by and with the said Street to the Beginning at the Westermost
       Corner of the Lot as aforesaid and all advantages Improvements and Appurtenances
       whatsoever to the said Parcel of Ground belonging or Appertaining
       and the reversion or reversions remainder or remainders rents issues
       and profits thereof and of every Part and Parcel thereof and all the estate
       Right Title interest use trust Property possession claim and Demand whatsoever
       of him the said Joseph Wilkins in Law or in equity of into or out of the
       aforesaid premises and appurtenances and every part and parcel thereof
       To have and to hold the said Piece or Parcel of Ground and Premises before
       mentioned or hereby intended to be bargained and Sold with their and
       every of their Appurtenances unto him the said John Callahan his Heirs
       or Assigns to and for the only proper use and behoof of the said John Callahan
       his Heirs and Assigns forever and to or for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever
       In Witness whereof the Parties to these presents have hereunto
       set their Hands and Seals the Day and year aforesaid

       Received this 29.th day of January 1785 of the within named John Callahan
