       of the Majistrates of the City of Annapolis and Acknowledged the
       within Instrument of writing to be his Act and Deed and the within

       This Indenture made the twenty ninth Day of January Seventeen hundred
       and Eighty five between Joseph Wilkins of the City of Annapolis of the one Part and
       John Callahan of the said City of the other part  Witnesseth that the said Joseph
       Wilkins for and in consideration of the sum of Two hundred and twenty nine Pounds
       three Shillings and four Pence Current money to him in hand Paid by the said
       John Callahan the Receipt whereof the said Joseph Wilkins doth hereby Acknowledge
       and thereof and therefrom and of and from every part and parcel thereof doth hereby
       acquit release exonerate and discharge the said John Callahan his Heirs
       Executors Administrators and Assigns and every of them hath Granted
       Sold Aliened Released enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these Presents
       Doth Grant bargain Sell Alien release enfeoffe and Confirm unto the said
       John Callahan and his Heirs All that Piece or Parcel of Ground lying and being
