       That is to say a Certain Tract of Land called Rich & Levil and being in the County aforesaid
       Beginning at ^the^ two bounded White Oake Sapplings standing on the side of Snowdens River and running
       thence South forty two Degrees West one hundred Perches thence South eighteen Degrees East
       one hundred and forty five Perches then North sixty two Degrees East seventy Six Perches then North
       thirty Six Degrees East eighty eight Perches then by a Strait line to the beginning Trees containing
       and now laid out for one hundred and Twenty Acres of Land more or Less also a certain
       Part of a Tract of Land called Gaithers forrest beginning for the said Peace or Parcell of Land at the
       beginning Trees of the aforesaid Land called Rich & Level and running thence South forty two degrees West
       one hundred Perches then South eighteen degrees East one hundred and thirty eight Perches to a Branch Called
       Gaithers Branch then South forty nine Degrees West thirty Perches to a line of the Proclamation
       then North sixty four Perches then North fifty Degrees West fifty seven Perches then North forty
       five Degrees West fifty one Perches then North sixteen Degrees West sixty seven Perches then by a
       Strait Line to the beginning Trees of Rich and Level containing sixty seven Acres of Land more or less
       Also a certain Peace of the aforesaid Tract of Land called Gaither forrest Beginning at the end of the
       fifteenth line of Gaithers Forrest and running thence North forty four Degrees West eighty six Perches
       then North twenty six Degrees West Twenty Perches then south thirty Six Degrees West seventy nine
       Perches then by a Strait Line to the beginning containing Twenty three Acres of Land more or Less
       Together with all and singular the Improvements Appurtenances and advantages to the said
       hereby granted Tract and Parcells of Land belonging or in any wise appertaining and all the
       Estate Right Title Interest Use Possession Property Claim and demand whatsoever of him
       the said John Kelly Either in Law or Equity of in and to the same and every Part thereof To
       Have and to Hold the said Tract and Parcells of Land Hereditaments and Premises hereby
       granted with the appurtenances unto the said Thomas Usher his Heirs and Assigns for ever to and
       for the Uses Trusts and Purposes following That is to say Upon Trust That he the said Thomas
       Usher his Heirs and Assigns shall have full Power and absolute Authority to set up and expose
       the said Tract and Parcells of Land and Premises with the Improvements thereon and Appurtenances
       at Public Vandue to the highest Bidder after giving four Weeks Public Notice of the time
       and Place of such sale and the same when so sold to Convey and make over by a Good and sufficient
       Deed or Deeds to the Purchaser or Purchasers thereof at any time after the tenth Day of April which
       Will be in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and Eighty six in Case the said John
       Kelley his Heirs Executors or Administrators shall neglect refuse or Omit to pay to the said Thomas
       Usher his ^Heirs^ Executors or Administrators or Assign the aforesaid sum of two hundred and forty Pounds six
       Shillings and Nine Pence Sterling With Interest thereon as aforesaid on or before the tenth day of April
       aforesaid  And after such sale and Conveyance so as aforesaid to be made in lease of default of payment
       as aforesaid then upon Trust in the next Place that he the said Thomas Usher his Heirs Executors
       Administrators or Assigns shall and may retain keep and satisfy himself or them the aforesaid sum
       of two hundred and forty Pounds six shillings and nine Pence Sterling with all Interest arising
       due thereon from the seventeenth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred
       and Eighty one together with all expences whatsoever which shall be occasioned by reason
       of the sale of the said Lands and Premises  And also that the ballance if any shall remain
       after the Payment of the Debts Interest and Expences aforesaid the said Thomas Usher his Heirs
