       Paid and secured to be paid the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged  Hath Granted bargained sold aliened
       released and confirmed and by these presents  Doth grant bargain sell alien release and Confirm unto him the said
       Jonathan Sellman Junior his Heirs and Assigns forever all those two Tracts of Land Negroes and other effects
       following to wit all that part of a Tract or parcel of Land called Shaws Filly containing two hundred
       and twenty six Acres or thereabouts lying and being in Ann Arundel County on the south side of south river
       also all that part of a Tract or parcel of Land called Francis addition lying and being in the County aforesaid
       on the south side of south river and containing about twenty Acres also one Negro man called Tom aged
       about twenty years one negro man called Hercules aged about fifty years one negro man named Isaac
       aged about thirty five years one negro woman called Phebe aged about forty six years one negro woman
       called Phillis aged about forty one years one negro woman named Poll aged about thirty one years one
       negro girl named Sal aged about three years five Horses thirteen head of Cattle two Oxen fifteen head of Sheep
       and other stock furniture and Effects as per Schedule returned by the Sheriff of Ann Arundel County to
       the General Court in and by Virtue of a fierifacias issued out of the General Court aforesaid on the first
       day of November last past as by Referrence being thereunto had may ^more^ fully appear which said Tract or parcel
       of Tracts of Land Negroes Stock furniture and Effects were the property of Jonathan Sellman Senior of the
       County aforesaid and taken ^in^ execution as aforesaid to satisfy a Judgment due to the aforesaid Richard Lee
       Administrator of Philip Thomas Lee deceased together with all and singular the profits advantages
       Hereditaments and Appurtenances to the aforesaid Tracts or Parcels of Land belonging or in any wise
       Appertaining & the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits
       thereof & of every Part thereof and all the Estate Right Title Interest property Claim & Demand
       whatsoever of him the said Richard Lee as Administrators aforesaid of in and to the aforesaid Tracts
       or Parcels of Land Negroes Stock furniture and Effects in and by Virtue of the fieri facias aforementioned
       To have and to hold the aforesaid Tracts or parcels of Land Negroes Stock furniture and Effects
       unto him the said Jonathan Sellman Junior his heirs & Assigns forever  And the said Richard Lee
       Administrator as aforesaid for himself and his Heirs the Lands Negros Stock furniture & Effects herein
       beforementioned and referred to against him and his Heirs and all persons Claiming by from
       or under him or them to the said Jonathan Sellman Junior his Heirs and Assigns shall and will
       warrant & for ever defend by these Presents  And it is further agreed between the parties aforesaid
       and the aforesaid Jonathan Sellman Junior for himself his Heirs & Assigns doth covenant & agree
       to and with the aforesaid Richard Lee that if at any time hereafter it shall happen or appear that
       the title of the aforesaid Jonathan Sellman Senior to the Land Negroes Stock furniture &
       Effects aforesaid was defective at the time of the execution of the said fieri facias or if there should be
       any other defect of right or title whatsoever of in or to the said Lands or Effects or any of them that
       neither the said Richard Lee as Administrator aforesaid or his heirs Executors or Administrators or
       the heirs Executors or Administrators of the said Philip Thomas Lee shall be liable or answerable
       to repay the purchase money aforesaid or any part thereof to the said Jonathan Sellman Junior
       his Heirs Executors or Administrators or be in any respect responsible to him or them it being the true
       Intent and meaning of these presents and so declared that the said Richard lee only conveys such rights
       and title to the said Lands and Effects to the said Jonathan Sellman Junior as he the said Richard
       Lee as Administrator aforesaid derives under and in Virtue of the said fieri facias with special
       warrenty against himself and his heirs and the heirs of Philip Thomas Lee as aforesaid which title
       the said Jonathan Sellman Junior accepts and receives and is to maintain and defend at his
