       This Indenture made this eleventh day of March Anno Domini one thousand seven     
       hundred and Eighty four Between Samuel Whips of Ann Arundel County and State of
       Maryland Planter of the one part & George Whips of Ann Arundel County and State aforesaid
       of the other part  Witnesseth that the said Samuel Whips for and in Consideration of the sum of
       five shillings to him in hand paid at & before the ensealing & delivering of these presents by the
       said George Whips the receipt whereof he the said Samuel Whips doth hereby acknowledge &
       himself therewith fully satisfy'd contented & paid & thereof and therefrom & from every part
       & parcel thereof doth fully clearly & absolutely exonerate acquit & discharge the said George Whips
       his heirs and Assigns for ever  Hath given granted bargained sold alien'd enfeofft & confirm'd
       And by these presents doth fully clearly & absolutely give grant bargain sell alien enfeoff &
       confirm unto him the said George Whips his heirs and Assigns for ever All such moiety or part
       of tract of land called Additional progress situated & lying partly in Ann Arundel & partly
       in Baltimore County containing by patent three hundred & ninety acres of land the said
       moiety or part of aforesaid Additional progress begining for the out bounds of the whole
       Resurvey at the end of the first course of the original Tract called Forest Grove and runing
       thence with the said land South forty four Degrees West fifty perches still with the said
       land North Eighty seven degrees West eighty perches then North twenty one degrees East
       twenty perches then South seventy five degrees West fifty perches then North forty three degrees
       West twenty six perches then South Sixty three degrees West twenty perches then South twenty
       two degrees East thirty four perches then North Eighty four degrees East forty eight perches
       to the original Tract then bounding on the original Tract South eleven degrees thirty minutes
       East one hundred & five perches to the end of the fourth course of the original Tract still with
       the original Tract North Eighty eight degrees East seventy four perches then with the given
       line of the original Tract North thirty one degrees East one hundred & twenty seven perches
       then South fifty seven degrees thirty minutes East seventy four perches thence South nineteen
       degrees West twenty perches then South thirty six degrees West forty perches thence South nineteen
       degrees East twenty perches then South forty one degrees East twenty eight purches to the given
       line of a Tract of land called Shipleys Search then with said line North seventeen degrees
       thirty minutes East sixty six perches to the original begining Trees of the aforesaid Shipleys
       Search still with the said land South forty four degrees East Sixty eight perches still with the
       said land North thirty six degrees East thirty eight perches then with the twentieth line
       North twenty degrees East four perches to the Falls thence with the Falls North West twenty eight
       perches until it intersects the end of the fifty fifth course of the aforesaid progress then South thirty
       three degrees West Seventy eight perches then North forty degrees West fifty perches then North
       Six degrees West thirty four perches then North seventy degrees West twenty eight perches
       then North fifty two degrees West forty three perches to the Corner of the land called Whips's  
       Lott then with the said Lott North twenty degrees West forty perches then with a straight line
       to the first beginning place containing & laid out for one hundred & twenty Acres of land
       more or less together with all houses outhouses orchards Fenceings Gardens & all and singular
       the improvements premises & appurtenances unto the same belonging or in anywise
       appertaining  To have and to hold the said one hundred and twenty Acres of land afs.d
       together with all & singular the premises & improvements unto the said George Whips his heirs
       & Assigns for ever to the only proper use & behoof of him the said George Whips his heirs and
       Assigns for ever and the said Samuel Whips and his heirs the said one hundred and twenty
