180 Administrators and Assigns that the said Elijah Robosso^n^ the aforesaid bargained land and premises unto him the said Tho.s Beall his heirs or Assigns shall and will warrant and forever defend by these presents from and against all manner of persons claiming by from or under him the said Elijah Robosson his heirs or Assigns and further that the said Elijah Robosson and his heirs shall and upon request and at the charges in Law of him the said Tho.s Beall his heirs or Assigns make do suffer acknowledge and execute any other or further Act or Acts thing or things in the Law whatsoever that shall by the said Tho.s Beall his heirs or Assigns his or there Council larned in the Law be reasonablely devised advised or requiered for the better and sure making the above said bargained land and premises unto the aforesaid Tho.s Beall his heirs and Assigns for ever In witness whereof the party first above mentioned Heath hereunto set his hand and affixed his Seal the day and year above written Signed Sealed and delivered Elijah Robosson (Seal) in the presents of Francis Fairbrother Isaac Harris On the back of the aforegoing Deed were the following Endorsements to wit October 6.th day 1783 Then received of the within named Tho.s Beall son of Ninion the Sum of three hundred and ninety pounds Current money it being the Consideration mentioned in the within deed Re.d P me Elijah Robosson Witness present Francis Fairbrother Isaac Harris Ann Arundel County fs.t October 6.th 1783 Came Elijah Robosson before us the Subscribers two of the Justices assigned to keep the peece for the County aforesaid and acknowledged the within deed to be his Act and deed and the within bargained land and premises to be the right and estate of the within named Thomas Beall son of Ninian and his heirs forever at the same time came Mary Robosson the wife of the above named Elijah Robosson and being by us privately examined out of the hearing of her said husband acknowledged that she gave up all her right of Dower unto the within Land and premises freely and willianly and without being induced thereto by any threats or fear or ill usage of her said husband or fear of his displeasure unto the said Tho.s Beall son of Ninian and his heirs for ever according to an Act of Assembly in such cases made and provided Allen Quynn Francis Fairbrother Recorded 18.th December 1783 8 sides Charged to this place in 1783 This Indenture made this tenth day of January one thousand seven hundred and eighty four Between his Excellency William Paca Esquire of the City of Annapolis of the one part and Charles Wallace of the City aforesaid Merchant of the other part Witnesseth that the said William Paca for and in Consideration of the sum of five Shillings Sterling money in hand paid by the said Charles Wallace hath granted hath granted bargained and sold to the said Charles Wallace and by these presents doth ^grant^ bargain and sell to the said Charles Wallace and his heirs all those lots of Ground in the City of Annapolis called Nicholsons Lots which the said Charles Wallace sold and conveyed to the said William Paca on the twenty ninth day of November one thousand seven hundred and Eighty reference being had to the said deed may more fully and at large appear and the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders on the said Lots hereby bargained and sold and all the |
