       this Indenture Witnesseth that in pursuance of the Agreement aforesaid and also
       for and in Consideration of the Sum of five Shilling Sterling to the said
       Richard Lee in Hand paid by the said Daniel Dulany and Lloyd Dulany
       at or before the ensealing and delivering of these presents the receipt whereof
       he the said Richard Lee doth hereby Acknowledge hath given granted
       aliened released and confirmed and by these presents Doth give grant alien
       and release and Confirm unto the said Daniel Dulany and Lloyd Dulany
       their Heirs and Assigns all that Tract or parcel of Land called Dan lying in
       Frederick County containing by Estimation five hundred acres more or
       less and also all that Tract or parcel of Land called the Three Brothers
       lying in Charles County Containing by Estimation two hundred and twenty
       five Acres more or less whereon the said Richard Lee now Dwells and also
       all that Tract or parcel of Land being part of a Tract called Batten's Clifts
       lying in Charles County containing by Estimation one hundred and five
       Acres more or less purchased by the said Richard Lee of a certain Henry Thompson
       and wife and also all that Tract or parcel of Land being part of a Tract or
       parcel of Land called Wakefield conveyed to the said Richard Lee by a Certain
       Charles King and his Wife and also one other Tract or parcel of Land conveyed
       to the said Richard Lee by the aforesaid Charles King and his wife lying in
       Charles County aforesaid also one other Tract or parcel of Land called Smith
       lying in Charles County aforesaid containing by Estimation one hundred
       Acres of Land more or less conveyed by a Certain James Smith to the said Richard
       Lee also one other Tract or parcel of Land called Lee's purchase or Lee's upper
       Tract which decended to the said Richard Lee as Heir at Law to his Nephew
       Philip Lee deceased and lies adjoining to the said Tract called the Three
       Brothers also all that Tract or parcel of Land lying in Charles County
       aforesaid conveyed to the said Richard Lee by a Certain Thomas Hungerford
       and also all that Tract or parcel of Land conveyed to the said Richard Lee
       by a Certain Richard Smith containing by Estimation Thirty Acres of
       Land more or less and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders
       together with the Rent and Profits of the premises and of every part and
       parcel thereof all which said premises are now in the actual possession
       of them the said Daniel Dulany and Lloyd Dulany by virtue of one Indenture
       of Bargain and Sale to them thereof made for the Term of one Year bearing Date
