       more or less purchased by the said Richard Lee of a certain Henry Thompson
       and wife and also all that Tract or Parcel of Land being part of a Tract
       or Parcel of Land called Wakefield conveyed to the said Richard Lee by a
       certain Charles King and his wife and also one other Tract or Parcel
       of Land conveyed to the said Richard Lee by the aforesaid Charles King
       and his wife lying in Charles County aforesaid also one other
       Tract or Parcel of Land called Smith lying in Charles County aforesaid
       containing by Estimation one hundred Acres of Land more or less
       conveyed by a Certain James Smith to the said Richard Lee also one
       other Tract or Parcel of Land called Lees purchase or Lees upper Tract
       which decended to the said Richard Lee as heir at Law to his Nephew
       Philip Lee deceased and lies adjoining to the said Tract called the
       Three Brothers also all that Tract or Parcel of Land lying in Charles
       County aforesaid conveyed to the said Richard Lee by a Certain Thomas
       Hungerford and also all that Tract or Parcel of Land conveyed to the
       said Richard Lee by a Certain Richard Smith containing by
       Estimation thirty Acres of Land more or less and the Reversion and
       Reversions Remainder and Remainders together with the Rents and
       Profits of the premises of every part and Parcel thereof To have and to
       Hold the said several Tracts and Parcels of Land and Parts of Tracts and
       Parcels of Land and all and Singular the Premises herein mentioned
       and intended to be hereby bargained and sold with their and every of
       their Appurtenances unto the said Daniel Dulany and Lloyd Dulany their  
       Executors Administrators and Assigns from the Day before the Date hereof
       for and during the Term of one whole year from thence next ensuing and
       fully to be compleat and ended yielding and paying therefore the yearly
       rent of one pepper Corn of the same be Lawfully demanded to the Intent
       that by virtue of these presents and of the Statute for transferring of uses into
       possession the said Daniel Dulany and Lloyd Dulany may be in the actual possession
       of the premises and be enabled to accept a Grant of the Revertion and Inheritance
       thereof to them and their Heirs to the Intents and purposes and upon the
       Trusts and Conditions which shall be therein mentioned
