       aforesaid and acknowledged the within Instrument to be his Act
       and Deed and the Land dan Premisses Therein Named to be the
       Right and Estate of the within Named Nicho Ridgely Warfield
       his heirs and assigns for Ever and at the same time Came also
       Elizabeth the wife of the said Robert Lee and being Privately
       by us Examined out of the Hearing of her said Husband acknowledged
       her Right of Dower and She did the same with her Free
       Consent without being thereto Compelled by any threats from
       her said Husband or Fear of his Displeasure

       the within Land for use of Lord Baltimore by virtue of a Commission

       This Indenture made this Twenty ninth day of October in the Year
       of our Lord Seventeen Hundred and Seventy Between John Dorsey
       Merchant of Ann Arundell County and Province of Maryland of the
       one part and Charles Worthington Gentlemam of the said County
       and Province of the other part Witnesseth that the said John Dorsey
       for and in Consideration of two Hundred and Fifty five pound
       Current Money to him in hand paid Before the Ensealing and
       Delivery of these Presents the Receipt whereof he the said John Dorsey
       doth hereby acknowledge and himself therewith fully Satisfied
       Contented and paid and therefore hath Given Granted Bargaind
       Sold Enfuoff Conveyed and Confirmd and by these Presents doth
       fully Clearly and Absolutely grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfuoff
       Convey and Confirm unto him the said Charles Worthington
       his heirs and assigns forever all his the aforesaid John Dorsey.s
       right Title Interest Claim and Demand Whatever to Fourteen
       Hundred Acres of Land Being Part of a Tract or Parcel of Land
