       Covenant Promise Grant and Agree to and with the said Nicho.s Ridgely Warfield
       his Heirs and Assigns for Ever that he the said Robert Lee and his Heirs
       or Assigns shall and will from time to time and at all times for Ever
       hereafter warrant and Defend the said Tract or Parcell of Land and Premisses
       with all Its Appurtenances against all Manner of Persons Claiming
       or to Claim any Right title or Interest unto the aforesaid Tract or
       Parcell of Land and Premisses with its Appurtenances from by or
       under under him the said Robert lee his Heirs or Assigns and
       the said Robert Lee Doth Further Covenant for himself his heirs
       and assigns to and with the said Nicho.s Ridgely Warfield his heirs
       and assigns that he the said Robert Lee ^and^ his Heirs or Assigns shall
       and will from time to time and at all times for Ever hereafter Do
       make acknowledge Suffer and Execute or Cause to be made Done Acknowledged
       Suffered and Executed all and every such Further and Other
       Act or Acts Thing or Things assurrances and conveyances in the Law as by the
       said Nicho.s Ridgely Warfield his heirs or Assigns or his or Their Councill Learned
       in Law Shall be from time to time Reasonbly Devised or advised for further
       and Better Assurrance Surty and sure Making of all and Singular the Premisses
       hereby Bargained and Sold or Intended to be hereby Bargaind and sold
       according to the true Intent and Meaning of these Presents In Witness
       whereof the said Robert Lee hath hereunto set his hand and Seal the
       Day and year above written

                                           on the back of the aforegoing Deed was this endorsed
       to wit
