       Called Eppington Forrest lying and being in Baltimore County
       Beginning at the End of the sixth Line of the whole Tract aforesaid
       and Runing thence agreeable to Patent to the End of the Thirteenth
       Line thereof thence Crossing the whole tract aforesaid Runing South
       Seventy Degrees West one hundred and Seventy five perches to the End
       of the thirty third Course of the whole tract then Runing with the
       out Lines of the whole Tract agreeable to Patent Sixty Courses then
       Crossing the said whole Tract to the Begining Containing and
       Laid out for Fourteen Hundred Acres of Land More or less Together
       with all and Singular the Premises and Appurtenances thereunto
       Belonging to have and to hold the aforesaid Land and Premises with
       there and Every of there appurtenances and to the only proper use
       and Behoof of him the aforesaid Charles Worthington his heirs and
       assigns for ever and for No Other Use Intent or Purpose Whatever
       and he the said John Dorsey the above Fourteen Hundred Acres of
       Land doth warrant and forever Defend unto him the aforesaid
       Charles Worthington his heirs and assigns for ever against all Manner
       of Persons Whatever Claiming by from or under him the aforesaid John
       Dorsey and Further that he the said John Dorsey his Heirs Executors
       Administrators or Assigns Shall and will at the Request of him
       the aforesaid Charles Worthington his heirs and assigns forever
       make Do Suffer acknowledge and Execute any other or further Act or
       Acts thing or things assurrance or assurrances in the Law whatever
       that shall be by him the said Charles Worthington his heirs or assigns
       his or their Counsell Learned in the Law Reasonably Advised or
       Required for the Better and more Sure Making the said Bargaind Land
       and Premises unto him the Said Charles Worthington his Heirs and
       assigns forever      In Witness whereof the Said John Dorsey hath hereunto
       Sett his hand and fixt his Seal
