       the said Michael Pue before the Ensealing and delivering of these presents the receipt whereof the said
       Thomas Dorsey doth hereby acknowledge and thereof and every part and parcel thereof doth Exonerate
       acquit and discharge the said Michael Pue his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns and every
       of them for ever by these presents he the said Thomas Dorsey hath granted bargain'd sold alien'd  
       enfeoff'd and Confirm'd and by these presents doth grant bargain sell Alien Enffeof and Confirm
       unto the said Michael Pue and his heirs and assigns forever Part of a Tract or parcel of Land called
       Calebs delight enlarged lying and being in Frederick County in Province aforesaid and layd out as follows
       viz  Begining at the distance of Seventy eight Perches on the Twenty third Line of the whole tract and
       runing thence South twenty two degrees West sixty two perches to the head of a Draught of Talbotts Branch
       being a Draught of Linganore Creek thence South forty Seven and a half degrees East Forty perches
       South fifteen degrees West fifty Six perches North Eighty Seven degrees East Sixty four perches South
       ten degrees West Two Hundred and Sixty three perches to the head of a Draught of Linganore Creek
       called and known by the name of the Beaver Dam Branch then South Ten degrees East Forty perches
       South Thirty and one Quarter degrees West One hundred and Seventy perches to the head of Middle run
       being a draught of the Western falls of Patapsco River then South eighty Seven degrees East One
       hundred and Nine Perches to the end of the Fifty third Course of the whole Tract thence North twenty
       One degrees East Four hundred and twenty Six perches South forty four degrees East Twenty eight
       perches South fourteen degrees West Thirty perches South eighty degrees East Eighty Six perches to the head of
       another draught of the aforesaid falls of Patapsco River then runing with the said draught South
       Sixty degrees East twenty perches North forty five degrees East forty perches North Eleven degrees West
       Fifty Perches North fifty Seven degrees West forty four perches North fourteen degrees East forty four
       perches North fifty five degrees East Sixty eight perches South Seventy eight degrees East Twenty two
       perches to a Branch call'd Sheridines branch thence North forty five degrees east Ten perches North
       fifty three and an half degrees West Seventy perches to the Begining Tree of a Tract of Land called
       Sheridines Range then bounding on said Land West one hundred and twenty perches North Eighty five
       perches and then with a Straight line to the Begining Containing Six hundred and Eighty Nine Acres of
       Land more or Less and also all trees woods underwoods profits Comodities advantages Hereditiments
       ways waters and appurtenances whatsoever to the said Land above mentioned belonging or in anywise
       appertaining and also the Reversion and Reversions the Remainder and Remainders Rents
       Issues and profits of the said Premises and every part thereof ^and all the Estate Right Title Interest claim and demand whatsoever of him the said Thomas Dorsey of in and to the said land and premises and every part thereof^  To have and to hold the said Land
       and premisses above mentioned and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances unto the
       said Michael Pue his Heirs and Assigns to the only pro^p^per use and behoof of the said Michael Pue
       his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to or for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever and further
       that he the said Thomas Dorsey and his Heirs shall and will from time to Time and at all
       Times hereafter upon the request and at the Cost and charges of the said Michael Pue his heirs or
       Assigns make do acknowledge and Execute or Cause to be made ^and^ done acknowledged and Executed
       all Such further and other reasonable Acts matters things Conveyances and Assurances in the Law
       whatsoever for the further better and more perfect Assureing and Conveying of the said premisses and
       every part or parcel thereof unto the said Michael Pue his Heirs and Assigns for ever according to the True
       intent and meaning of these presents as by the said Michael Pue his heirs or assigns shall be reasonably
       devised advised or required in Witness whereof the Parties to these presents have hereunto interchangeably
       set their hands and Seals the day and Year first above written
