       and reversions remainder and remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof and of every
       part and Parcel thereof and also all the Estate right title Interest Use Trust Property Claim
       and Demand whatsoever of him the said Nathan Waters of into or out of the aforesaid premises
       with the appurtenances  To have and to hold the aforesaid Tract of Land and Premises
       with the appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said Elizabeth McClelan her Heirs and
       Assigns to the only proper use and behoof of the said Elizabeth McClelan her heirs and
       Assigns for ever and to and For no other use intent or purpose whatsoever and the said Nathan
       Waters for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators doth hereby Covenant promise
       Grant and agree to and with the said Elizabeth her Heirs and Assigns that he the
       said Nathan Waters and his Heirs the said Lot and Premises hereby Granted bargained
       and Sold or intended so to be and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances
       unto the said Elizabeth her heirs and assigns against him the aforesaid Nathan
       and his Heirs and all and every other person and persons whatsoever claiming or to claim
       any right title or Interest out of or in the same Land and Premises by from or under him
       or them shall and will Warrant and by these presents for ever Defend  That he the said Nathan
       Waters hath not at any Time heretofore made done committed or suffered any act deed matter
       or thing Whatsoever whereby or by means whereof the herein before Bargained and Sold
       premises or intended so to be or any part thereof is shall or may be in any wise impeached
       charges or incumbered  And more over that he the said Nathan Waters and his Heirs and
       all and every other person or persons whatsoever Lawfully or Equitably claiming or to Claim Estate
       Right Title or Interest of in or to the said herein before Bargained and Sold Premises or any part
       or parcel thereof by from under or in Trust for him or them shall and will at any Time or
       Times hereafter upon reasonable request and at the Proper Cost and charges in the Law of
       the said Elizabeth her Heirs or Assigns make do and Execute or cause or procure to be made
       done and Executed all and every such further and other Lawful and reasonable Act and Acts Thing
       and Things and Assurances in the Law whatsoever for the Further better and more Perfect
       absolute and Satisfactory setling granting conveying assuring and Confirming all and singular
       the said Hereby Bargained and Sold Premises with their and every of their appurtenances and
       every part and Parcell thereof unto the said Elizabeth McClelan her Heirs and Assigns for ever
       be the Same by fine recovery or otherwise how so ever as by the said Elizabeth her Heirs or
       Assigns or her or their Counsel Learned in the Law shall in that behalf be reasonably
       advised or required so as such further Assureance or Assureances contain no further or other
       Covenants than are Herein Contained  In Witness Whereof the Parties to these Presents have
       hereunto interchangeably set their Hands and Seals the day and year first above Written
