709 halfe Degrees west one hundred and twenty Perches an then with a Streight Line to the Begining containing one hundred and fifty seven Acres of Land more or less with the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Ishues and Profitts of the said bargaind Premisses with all the Houses Building and Improvements thereon and all Bennifitts and Advantages whatsoever to the same appertaining and belonging To have and hold the said bargaind and sold Premises with the Appurtenances to him the said Thomas Aldridge his Heirs and Assigns to the only Use and Behoofe of the said Thomas Aldridge his heirs and Assigns for ever And to no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever And the said Isaac Webster Partie hereto covenants and agrees to and with the said Thomas Aldridge his heirs and Assigns that he the said Isaac Webster Party hereto and his heirs and Assigns against all Persons whatsoever will warrent and defend the said Land by from or under him or them or any of them In Witness whereof the Partie have sett his hand and Seall the Day and Year above written Sealed and delivered in the Presence of Isaac Webster (LS) Daniel Robertson Margaretta Webster 5½ Sides On the Back of the foregoing Deed was thus indorsed viz.t Apraell 4.th 1774 I acknowledge to have Receiv.d in full the Consideration Money of the within Deed Witness my hand Isaac Webster Witness Daniel Robertson Apraell 7.th 1774 Then came the within named Isaac Webster Partie to the within Deed and acknowledged the Land and Premisses within mentioned to be the Right and proper Estate of Thomas Aldridge his Heirs and Assigns for ever and at the same Time came Sarah Webster wife to the said Isaac who being privately examined out of the Hearing of her said Husband did before us the Subscribers two of his Lordships Justices of the Peace for Hartford County acknowledge the same to be the Right and Estate of Thomas Aldridg his Heirs and Assigns for ever And that she the said Sarah did it freely and of her own Consent and without Fear or Thrits or for fear of his Displeasure before Jerem.h Sheredine A.l Paca Recorded 10.th August 1774 |
