        This Indenture made this fourth Day of Aprall in the Year of our Lord God one thousand
        seventeen hundred and seventy four by and between Isaac Webster of Hertford County
        of the one Part and Thomas Aldridge of Frederick County of the other Part  Witnesseth
        that the said Isaac Webster for and in Consideration of the Sum of one hundred and
        fifty Pound.s current Money in hand paid the recep.t whereof is hereby acknowledged
       Hath granted Bargained and sold released and confirmed and by these Presents doth
       grant bargain and sell release and confirm unto the said Thomas Aldridge his Heirs and
       Assigns all that Part or Parcell of Land being Part of that Tract of Land called Richardsons
       Range laying and being in Frederick County and on the Head Spring of Sinneca Creek
       Beginning for the said Tract at the End of the first Line of the Original Tract thence
       running ^and Bounding^ on the Original Trat the nine following Courses Viz South sixty eight
       Degrees East forty Perches North forty five Degrees East ^forty^ Perc.s South sixty Degrees
       East twenty Perches South fourteen Degrees west one hundred Perch.s South thirty
       seven Degrees west seventy Perches South seventeen Degrees west one hundred
       and six Perches west sixty Perches North forty Perches North eleven and a
