Ex.d
       This Indenture made this Eleventh Day of August in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven
       hundred and seventy four between Henry Reston of Ann Arundel County in the
       Province of Maryland Carpenter of the one Part and Thomas Johnson and Rinaldo Johnson
       of Baltimore County in the Province aforesaid Farmers of the other Part witnesseth
       That the said Henry Reston for and in Consideration of the Sum of ten Pounds current
       money to him in hand paid by the said Thomas Johnson and Rinaldo Johnson the Receipt
       whereof the said Henry Reston doth hereby acknowledge himself fully satisfied
       contented and paid  And he the said Henry Reston hath granted released bargained sold aliened
       enfeoffed and confirmed and by these Presents doth grant bargain release sell alien enfeoffe
       and confirm unto the said Thomas Johnson and Rinaldo Johnson their Heirs and Assigns
       all his Right Title Claim Interest Property and Demand whatsoever of in and to all that
       Tract or Parcel of Land called Pinkey Cook Hall lying and being in Baltimore County
       containing two hundred Acres of land more or less with all Rights Profits Benefits
       Priviledges and Advantages Premises and Appurtenances to the said bargained Tract or Parcel
       of Land belonging or in any wise appertaining to have and to hold all and singular the said
       Premises above mentioned and every Part and Parcell thereof with the Appurtenances thereby
       bargained and sold mentioned or intended to be unto the said Thomas Johnson and Rinaldo Johnson
       their Heirs and Assigns forever to the only proper Use and Behoof of them the said Thomas
       Johnson and Rinaldo Johnson their Heirs and Assigns forever and to and for no other
       Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever and the said Henry Reston for himself and his Heirs the
       Tract or Parcell of Land and Premises with the Appurtenances against him and his Heirs and
       against all manner of Persons whatsoever claiming from by or under him the said Henry
       Reston his Heirs and Assigns shall and will warrant and for ever defend by these Presents
       In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my Seal the Day and Year
