       Edward Gantt and George Gantt their Heirs and Assigns forever To the only proper Use
       and Behoof of the said Edward Gantt and George Gantt their Heirs and Assigns for ever To
       hold and take as Tenants in Common and not as jointenants Yielding and paying unto
       proper Lord or Lords of the Fees of the Premises the Rents and Services therefore due and of Right
       accustomed  Provided always nevertheless and the true Intent and Meaning of these Presents
       and of the Parties hereto is that if the said Fielder Gaunt his Heirs Executors Administrators
       or Assigns or any of them do pay or cause to be paid unto the said Thomas Bond Bond and
       Byrns and Thomas Reynolds their Executors Administrators or Assigns the several Sums of Money
       in the said several Bonds or Obligations and Conditions thereof particularly mentioned and
       agreeable to the Tenor and true Meaning thereof and also do and shall from henceforth save
       defend keep Harmless and indemnified the said Edward Gantt and George Gantt and each
       of them their and each of their Heirs Executors and Administrators and every of them
       as well of from and against the aforesaid Obligations as of from and against all and every
       Security or Obligation wherein they already have or shall or may at any Time or Time hereafter
       become Suretys for the said Fielder Gaunt and of and from all and all Manner of Costs
       Charges Damages and Suits whatsoever of for or concerning the aforesaid Obligations or
       any other Security whatsoever then this present Deed of Bargain and Sale shall be
       utterly void and of none Effect to all Intents and Purposes whatsoever as though the
       same had never been made  And the said Fielder Gaunt doth for himself his Heirs
       Executors and Administrators and each and every of them covenant promise grant and
       agree to and with the said Edward Gantt and George Gantt and each of them their and
       each of their Heirs Executors and Administrators and every of them that he the said Fielder
       Gantt his Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns or some or one of them shall and will
       Pay or cause to be paid unto the said Thomas Bond Bond and Byrns and Thomas Reynolds
       their Executors Administrators or Assigns the said several Sums of Money in the said
       Bonds or Obligations and Conditions thereof particularly mentioned and agreeable to
       the Tenor and true Meaning thereof and also shall and will from henceforth save defend
       keep harmless and indemnified the said Edward Gantt and George Gantt and each of them
       their and each of their Heirs Executors and Administrators and every of them as
       well of from and against the aforesaid Obligations as of from and against all and every
       other Security and Obligation wherein they already have or shall or may at any Time
       or Times hereafter become Suretys for the said Fielder Gaunt and of and from all and all
       Manner of Costs Charges Suits and Damages whatsoever of for or concerning the aforesaid
       Obligations or any other Security whatsoever  And the said Fielder Gaunt doth grant for
       himself and his Heirs (that in Case the above written Proviso shall not in all Things be fully
