674 Fielder Gaunt his Heirs Executors & Administrators saving keeping Harmless and indemnified the said Edward Gantt and George Gantt and each of them their and each of their Heirs Executors and Administrators of from and against all and Manner of Costs Charges Suits and Damages whatsoever which may at any Time or Times hereafter accrue arise or happen to them the said Edward Gantt and George Gantt or either of them their or either of their Heirs Executors or Administrators for or by Means of them the said Edward Gantt and George Gantt being or becoming Security for the of the Sum of five Shillings Sterling Money aforesaid to him the said Fielder Gaunt in Hand well and truly paid by the said Edward Gantt and George Gantt at and before the sealing and Delivery of these Presents the Receipt whereof he the said Fielder Gaunt doth hereby acknowledge and confess and thereof and of and from the same and every Part and Parcel doth freely and absolutely acquit release exonerate and for ever discharge the said Edward Gantt and George Gantt their Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns and each and every of them for ever by these Presents he the said Fielder Gaunt Hath granted bargained sold aliened and confirmed and by these Presents Doth grant bargain sell alien and confirm unto the said Edward Gantt and George Gantt their Heirs and Assigns for ever All those Lands situate lying and being in Frederick County aforesaid taken up included as vacant and contained in a Certificate bearing Date on or about the eighteenth Day of May which was in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and seventy and duly returned into the Land Office of Maryland aforesaid and granted by Patent bearing Date on or about the fifteenth Day of January which was in the Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and seventy two unto the said Fielder Gaunt his Heirs and Assigns for four thousand one hundred and one Acre and one fourth of an Acre of Land and which Land was among others is called and known by the Name of Fielderia Manor and which Land by these Presents conveyed or intended so to be was taken up by a Warrant of Resurvey on the following Tracts of Land (to wit) Fielderia Manor originally Cut Knee Wills's Invention Fertil Meadow and Swedes March all lying contiguous in Frederick County aforesaid and all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said Fielder Gaunt either at Law or in Equity of in to or out of the said ^Tract of^ Land and Premises by these Presents conveyed or intended so to be To have and to hold all and singular the Lands and Premises by these Presents conveyed or intended so to be with their and every of their Appurtenances unto the said (Edward) |
