       of Cæcil County & Province afforesaid of the other Part Witnesseth that the said John Hammond
       Dorsey for and in Consideration of the Sum of eight hundred Pounds Common Money to him
       in Hand paid by the said Hammond John Cromwell at or before the Sealing & Delivery of
       these Presents the Receipt whereof the said John Hammond Dorsey doth hereby acknowledge
       gave granted bargained & sold aliened enfeofed & Confirmed and by these Presents doth grant
       bargain sell alien enfeof & confirm unto the said Hammond John Cromwell his Heirs & Assigns
       for ever all that Tract or Parcell of Land lying and being sittuate in Cæcil County and on
       the North Side of Octovarro Creek called & known by the Name of Success containg and laid
       out for three Hundred Acres & also all that Tract or Parcell of Land lying and being sittuate
       as afforesaid called & known by the Name of the Biters Bitt containg & laid out for twenty seven
       Acres more or less as P.r Certificate & Pattents relation thereunto being had more fully & at
       large will & may appear and also all Ways Waters Water Courses Buildings Improvements
       Advantages & Appurtinences whatsoever to the said Tracts or Parcells of Land belonging
       or in any Ways appertaining thereto & also the Reversion & Reversions Remainder &
       Remainders Rents Issues & Profitts thereof & of every Part & Parcell thereof & all the Estate
       Right Title Interest Claim & Demand whatsoever of him the said John Hammond Dorsey
       of in and to the said premisses and every Part & Parcell thereof To have & to hold the aforesaid
       Tracts & Parcells of Land & all and singular the Premisses above mentioned with the Appurtenances
       unto the said Hammond Jn.o Cromwell his Heirs & Assigns for ever to the only proper
       Use and Behoof of him the said Hammond John Cromwell his Heirs and Assigns for ever
       to be holden of the chief Lord of the Fee of the Premisses by the Rents & Services thereof
       due and of Right accustomed & the said & the said John Hammond Dorsey doth hereby
       for himself his Heirs Executors & Administrators covenant promise grant and agree
       to and with the said Hammond John Cromwell his Heirs and Assigns that he the
       said Ham.d John Cromwell his Heirs & Assigns shall and may from Time to Time
       and at all Times hereafter peacebly & quietly have hold occupie & enjoy & possess all &
       singular the said Premisses above mentioned to be hereby granted with the Appurtinances
       without the least Trouble Hinderance Molestation Iteruption or Denial of him the
       said John Hammond Dorsey his Heirs Executors or Administrators & of all and every Person
       or Persons claiming or to claim from by or under him or them or any of them or in any
       other Ways or Means whatsoever either from by or under him or from by or under any
       Manner of Person or Persons whatsoever any Thing to the Contrary notwithstanding &
       further that the said John Hammond Dorsey & his Heirs & all and every other Person or
       Persons & them & every of their Heirs any Thing having or claiming in the said Tracts &
       Parcells of Land & Premisses above mentioned or any Part thereof by from or under
