       under him the said John Gosnell any Possession or Interest in the above Land Premisses
       In Witness whereof the said John Gosnell hath hereunto set his Hand and affixed his
       Seal the Day and Year above written Signed Sealed and Delivered in the Presents of

       On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus indorsed (Viz.t)

       Rec.d this 24.th March one thousand seven hundred and seventy four of the within
       named James Dick the Sum of fifty Pounds Current Money it being the
       Consideration Money within mentioned as witness my Hand

       Memorandum that on the 24.th of March one thousand seven hundred and
       seventy four came John Gosnell Party to the within Deed and acknowledged
       the Land and Premisses therein mentioned to be the Right Title and Estate of
       the within named James Dick his Heirs and Assigns for ever and at the
       same Time came Sarah Wife of the said John Gosnell and being examined
       according to Law acknowledged her Right and Dowery and the Land and
       Premisses within as aforesaid to be the Right Title and Estate of the said James
       Dick his Heirs and Assigns for ever according to the Direction of the Acts of
       Assembly in such Cases made and provided acknowledged before the Subscribers
       two of his Lordships Justices of Baltimore County
