       Maryland fs.t   This Indenture made this twenty fourth March
                in the Year of our Lord seven hundred and seventy four Between John
                Gosnell of Baltimore County Planter of the one Part and James Dick of Ann Arundel County
       Gentleman of the other Part  Witnesseth that the said John Gosnell for and in Consideration
       of the Sum of fifty Pounds Current Money to him in Hand paid by him the said James
       Dick the Receipt whereof the said John Gosnell doth hereby acknowledge and therewith fully
       satisfied contented and paid and doth hereby acquit exonerate and discharge the said James
       Dick his Heirs Executors and Administrators hath given granted aliend bargained sold
       enfeoffed and confirmed and by these Presents doth give grant alien bargain sell enfeoffe
       and confirm unto him the said James Dick his Heirs and Assigns all that Tract or
       Parcel of Land called Lowrys Lott lying and being in Baltimore County begining
       at a bounded White Oak standing on the South Side of a Branch called Oggs Bear
       Hole Branch which descends into Morgans Runn and running thence South ten Degrees
       East twenty eight Perches South West one hundred Perches North fifty nine Degrees West
       eighty four Perches North forty six Degrees East thirty eight Perches South seventy
       Degrees East ninety six Perches and then with a straight Line to the Begining
       containing and laid out for fifty Acres of Land more or less to have and to hold the aforesaid
       Land together with all Houses Fences Woods Underwoods Springs Rights Proffits Priviledges
       benefits &c thereunto belonging unto him the said James Dick his Heirs and Assigns
       for ever and to the proper Use and Behoof of him the said James Dick his Heirs and
       Assigns for ever more and to no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever and the said John
       Gosnell doth covenant and agree with the said James Dick his Heirs and Assigns that
       that he the said James Dick his Heirs and Assigns shall and may forever hereafter
       peaceably quietly have hold use occupy and possess and enjoy all the aforementioned Land
       and Premisses with all and every the Appurtenances thereunto belonging or to the
       same in any Wise appertaining in Fee Simple without any Restriction Consideration
       or Limitation the Rents and Services hereafter becoming due to the Lord Proprietary
       excepted which may in any Wise alter change or defeat the same and the said John
       Gosnell doth further for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators covenant
       and agree to and with the said James Dick his Heirs and Assigns that he the
       said John Gosnell his Heirs Executors and Administrators shall and will hereby
       warrant and for ever defend all the aforementioned fifty Acres of Land and Premisses
       unto the said James Dick his Heirs and Assigns for ever against all any
       Manor of Person or persons whatsoever or whomsoever claiming from by or
