       One thousand Pounds Sterling the Money paid in Discharge of the said Mortgage
       then until such Time as the same shall be repaid with Interest thereon  In Trust
       as the Residue of the said Lands for the Use and Benefit of the aforesaid Bartholomew
       Booth his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns as a Security fr the Repayment
       of the Ballance of the Money so advanced with Interest therein  And the said Fielder
       Gaunt for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators doth hereby covenant and
       grant to and with the aforesaid William Deakins Thomas Johns & Adam Stewart their
       Heirs and Assigns That he the said Fielder Gaunt and his Heirs the said forty
       five Acres and one half Acre  And the said fifty one Acres of Land Parts of
       Fielderia Manor with their Appurtenances to the aforesaid William Deakins Thomas
       Johns & Adam Stewart their Heirs and Assigns against all Persons whatsoever shall
       and will warrant and for ever defend and the said Bartholomew Booth for himself
       his Heirs Executors and Administrators doth covenant and grant to and with the
       said Fielder Gaunt and Edward Gaunt their Executors and Administrators that he
       the said Bartholomew Booth his Executors or Administrators shall and will well
       and truly pay the said One thousand Pounds Sterling in Manner aforesaid  In
       Witness whereof the said Parties to these Presents have hereunto interchangeably set
       their Hands and affixed their Seals the Day and Year first above written
