       Degrees West thirty six Perches North fifty Degrees West fifty four Perches South fifty four
       Degrees West ninety two Perches North twenty four Degrees West thirty eight Perches North thirty
       Nine Degrees West twenty eight Perches South fifty four Degrees West fifty perches South thirty
       eight Degrees East one hundred and twenty eight Perches North fifty three Degrees East fifty
       Perches South twenty five Degrees West forty two Perches thence South seventy eight Degrees East
       One hundred and thirty one Perches to intersect the End of the twentieth Course of the aforesaid
       Addition to Brothers Level and running with the twenty first Course thereof South eighty two
       Degrees East forty Perches then by a streight Line to the first Begining containing and
       laid out for one hundred and fifty Acres of Land more or less (that is to say) one hundred
       Acres Part of Barnes Purchase and fifty Acres Part of the Addition to Brothers Level
       To Have & to hold the said one hundred and fifty Acres of Land as aforesaid with all
       and singular the Premisses and Appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said John
       Dorsey his Heirs and Assigns for ever  And to the only proper Use and Behoof of him
       the said John Dorsey his Heirs and Assigns for ever and the said Joshua Barnes Son of
       Robert for him Self his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns Doth hereby
       covenant and agree to and with the said John Dorsey his Heirs Executors Administrators
       and Assigns that he the said Joshua Barnes Son of Robert his Heirs and
       Assigns shall and will warrent and defend to him the said John Dorsey his Heirs
       Executors Administrators or Assigns The aforesaid Tracts or Parcells of Land with their
       Appurtenances thereunto belonging or any Ways appurtaining against all Manner of
       Person or Persons claiming by from or under him  In Witness whereof the Partie
       first mentioned in this Deed hath hereunto set his Hand and affixed his Seale the
       Day and year first above written                                       Joshua Barnes
