       Acres of Land as aforesaid with all and singular the Premises and Appurtenances
       thereunto belonging unto the said John Dorsey his Heirs and Assigns for ever to the only proper
       Use and Behoof of him the said John Dorsey his Heirs and Assigns for ever and the said
       Robert Barnes for himself his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns doth hereby covenant
       and agree to and with the said John Dorsey his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns
       that he the said Robert Barnes his Heirs and Assigns shall and will warrant and defend
       to him the said John Dorsey his Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns the aforesaid
       Tracts or Parcells of Land with their Appurtenances thereunto belonging or any Ways
       appurtaining against all Manner of Person or Persons claiming any Right Title or Property
       to the same by from or under him  In Witness whereof the Party first mentioned in the
       Deed hath hereunto set his Hand and affixed his Seal the Day and Year first above

                                     On the 19.th Day of March 1774 Came Robert Barnes Party to the within
       Deed before us two of his Lordships Justices for Frederick County And acknowledged the
       within Indenture to be his Act and Deed and the Land & premises within mentioned to
       be the Right Title and Estate of the within named John Dorsey his Heirs and Assigns
       forever and at the same Time came Lois Wife to the within Robert and being privately
       examined by us out of the Hearing of her said Husband and acknowledged that she did
       freely and willingly relinquish all her Right of Dower to the within Lands to the
       within mentioned John Dorsey and that she did the same without the Fear or Threats
       of her said Husband or being compeld thereto by him
